My elderly mother had a fall outside pound land Loughborough and the staff there were brilliant they called for an ambulance and nitified myself who lives 30miles away and the manager Louise stayed with her until I arivedsso a very big thank you to her and her staff

Very affordable items, but the quality of some are just bare minimum. Some items bought went bad after a week or two of use. If you are buying kitchen utensils I advice you buy them elsewhere.
