Had everything we needed including a certain canned fizzy drink that I had when abroad that I cannot get anywhere in the UK other than on Amazon at twice the price. And I am not telling you which one, as I buy up every one of them that is out, each visit! So the less that know the better! ????????

Not much of what I actually needed for the season. Everything out of stock until late summer. Better for grocery and indoor home furnishings rather than outdoor furniture & garden accessories etc even in March.

Good size store, plenty of everything from food to diy/decorating, home decor, toiletries, gardening items, pet accessories and food.
This store is definitely worth a visit if you are nearby. I've been in a good few times and normally get what I need, also nice to have a browse around especially Christmas time all the decorations are out in full force always nice to see.

Good system in place for c-19 arrangements. staff helpful when asked for face masks located near till. Card payments preferred. First time in this store but will go again in future even though dislike shopping on personal level i needed a few bits.

Aisles have product stands and boxes in the way so it's hard to get around them and causes bottle necks of people with trolleys and buggies who are then unable to get past each other so social distancing is poor in store. Messy shelves with products all over the place. Can find a lot of items cheaper elsewhere too!

Not the best system I've witnessed for Covid safety. Staff at the checkouts are very vulnerable. Almost if management are not fully bothered about protecting staff and customers. Apart from that, the store is well stocked and clean.

Was a bit disappointed today as when we hot to the loughborough store there was 2 women stood leaning on the window where you have to queue to get in they had already been in the shop and was waiting for a lift which meant we had to queue into the road when I got to the front I told the member of staff that is was dangerous and he just looked at me and said well there's nothing I can do is there do I replied you could ask them to move politely and I suggest signage goes up to ask people not to wait for lifts in thus area
