WONDERLAND DOLL
To those that have written rave reviews about Richard, unfortunately he is no longer with the practice.
Now a Medivet, it appears that care has been compromised for profits.
Their prices are astronomically higher than other local options; we were quoted over £800 for a teeth clean that was carried out by Goddard's for only £260!
Customer service standards have also slipped which is a shame for a practice that was once so caring and helpful.

We have been with the Roehampton Veterinary Clinic for many years. The care for our much loved cats has always been excellent. We would not go anywhere else. Sadly we recently lost our old cat Poppy at the age of 18 years. The kind and compassionate care she received was wonderful.

Sadly I no longer live close enough to London to still take my cats to Roehampton Vets. I have never had any cause to complain and the cats were treated with the utmost care and respect. Everyone is absolutely lovely and caring and I was really sad I had to move vets but a 600 mile round trip would be too much really. I was never pressured into trying treatments that may have prolonged a cat's life for a few months, the vets always put the cat's welfare over profit and that's something I really appreciate.

Great location, friendly informative staff! Love that they practice holistic as well as conventional medicine :) Buddy (who's scared of everything) was happily having a sniff around the waiting area but as predicted, wasn't so sure about injections for his passport! Procedure done with care (and a dog biscuit) and information entered and checked accordingly. Thank you

I have been using Roehampton veterinary clinic for many many years now and I have to admit, I was devastated when Richard left the practice.
I moved away from the area over 4 years ago but have remained with the practice due to its fantastic veterinary team.
Since Richards departure I had begun contemplating finding another practice closer to my current address In Reigate as I was worried the clinic wouldn’t be the same without him, however before I had the opportunity to research others and complete a move, my dog needed a trip to the vets for a possible ear infection.
This was our first time meeting Claudia. She was extremely kind and caring towards my dog and quickly identified the cause of his ear irritation. The necessary treatment was given and a follow up appointment was arranged.
My dogs issue was quickly resolved and I’m back to having a happy pup.
Claudia made us feel welcomed and comfortable even with Covid restrictions in place. We were made to feel valued and for this reason I have decided to stay with the practice after all.

Used to be brilliant. Sadly has gone downhill since Richard sold up.
I have an FIV+ cat with various issues. We never seem to see the same vet twice. On a recent visit, prescribed and added Metacam to our bill, when had they even taken a glance at his notes, would have seen he was already on the maximum daily dose. The nurse and reception teams are all lovely, but that won't heal your pet.

Great service and response at Roehampton Vet Clinic. I called this morning as my cat had an eye infection and they managed to squeeze me into a last minute appointment an hour later. The vet was very informative and explained everything to us. Everything was also very safe and handled at a distance too. Great vets!

I have been impressed with Roehampton for years, ever since I brought one of my friend's dogs to the practice for a check up. When I got my own dog recently, I knew I had to register here. Even during 'lockdown' the vets understood the need for emergency treatment and assessment and followed strict protocol and hygiene. From the initial conversations, the follow up emails to the vet assessment and treatment you are fully supported and reassured. Thank you team. All of you make this Practice what it is and I'm so grateful for your knowledge and professionalism.

We were previously registered with a different local vet, but as they were unable to find a resolution to our Cavaliers ongoing tummy issues we decided to try Roehampton Vets. From the first appointment we were very impressed with the professional and straightforward approach Richard had. He was very clear in explaining what the next steps were, and we felt reassured by how proactive he was. Every decision was made with previous findings in mind rather than simply shooting in the dark. After some great detective work, blood tests and finally an endoscopy, we were able to treat our boy appropriately. He hasn't had a bad tummy bout since, about 6 months ago! I was very nervous about leaving him for the endoscopy, but the nurse was incredibly reassuring and helped put my nerves at ease. Thank you Roehampton vets!

I Cannot rate this vets highly enough, I had 2 English bulldogs (still have 1) which are very prone to illness, They are by far the best vets I've ever used, so caring and professional, 1 of my dogs recently had to be put to sleep and the compassion show by all staff members was amazing, Thank you so so much X

Very good vets , they do know their stuff, however I do believe they are a bit expensive, both for the 5’ examination charge and supplying medicine are always extra £ from what you can find in the market.

We went there yesterday with my Daughter Kathleen and her 12week old puppy Alfie who was suffering great pain in his mouth and we received 5 Star Service from this Veterinary Clinic.
All the Staff were very caring and Helpful Paul explained the entire procedure and kept my Daughter informed.Highly Recommended.

All of my dogs have been here and treated by Richard who has never misdiagnosed any of them and is always so so friendly, he’s also so amazing with our older dog, who is always very nervous in the vets. Richard always does everything he can and is utterly an amazing vet, when our dog Snoopy passed away he was even kind enough to send us a card. The staff are always friendly and more than happy to help with anything.

As an anxious owner due to previous experiences, I went to Richard purely on reviews alone. He has been really helpful and although we have only seen him a few times that has been enough to help us through with our dogs anxiety issues. We are now working with a behaviour consultant and things are improving. Thank you Roehampton Vets. Keep up the good work.

i cannot recommend them highly enough especially Richard. Calm professional efficient kind lovely people.

A very friendly place with highly knowledgeable vets. We had our initial visit and our Doctor was very experienced and up to date with the condition our dog has. She listened and answered all our questions and concerns. She also knows about herbs so if this is someone's interest they can co operate here with you. Unfortunately though we couldn't make follow up appointment because the doctor didn't work on the days we had day off but I highly recommend this place with confidence.

The team at Roehampton Veterinary Clinic, headed by Richard Bleckman provided consistently good service, not only to our beloved husky stud but also for us. We have always been treated with courtesy, great consideration and help was always on hand for telephone reassurance and advice in difficult circumstances. Richard was recommended to us by some other demanding dogs’ owners. In the clinic, though, we were assisted also by Doctor Paul Aggarwal whose professionalism was greatly appreciated, because his approach and views were at time different from Richard’s one, but nonetheless equally valuable and well received.

He was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem with my dog and offer a number of treatments from natural ways to the latest technology.
When by cat Mittens reached the end, he walked me through the process and I couldn't have asked for better service.

Year ago they saved my cat's live, after he was misdiagnosed at the previous practice. The dental surgery he underwent was pretty complicated, however Paul did it so well that there were no complications, and Sausage the cat was running like a kitten only a couple days after! Also they gave us tips about the diet (especially the lovely nurse, but can't remember the name...sorry!), so year after he is no longer a fatty ball, but lovely fit gentleman stealing my sandwiches from the kitchen table! Thank you so much Guys - thanks to you my cat is in his best shape ever! :)

Found in the bin, my cat needed intense veterinary care throughout his life. He suffered from severe cat flu and was infested with worms. With Richard's help my cat not only survived the cat flue and was cleared of severe worm infection, Richard left no stone unturned to really help him with his problems. When medication could not clear his phlegm in his chest, he managed to do this with special diet and enabled my cat to enjoy a happy and long life despite of his fragile health. Even at the end when I was too far away to bring my cat to Roehampton, Richard helped guide my vets over the phone and supported me to make the right decision when it was time.

Richard and his team have been looking after our animals for over 14 years (1 cat and 2 dogs). As a life long pet owners, this practice is by far the best vets practice I have ever experienced. They are not only highly skilled but are also very compassionate towards pets and concerned owners and instil a high degree of trust. You know from the moment you walk through the door, however serious the problem, your pet is in good hands. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic.
