Nothing like the good old M&S ! I find their autumn 2018 collection more modern. Some items are a bit expensive but the good quality comes with a price ! Having said that, I found a cute, simple, easy to wash and iron little black dress today and it was a bargain !

We called in on our way home from an exhibition at the Tate to pick up a £12 meal for 2. Reasonable selection of items - there was a better selection in a larger store at the beginning of the offer period.

Milk stock regularly raided by the local Costa with managers blessing.
Restocking seems haphazard.

Like another lady on here, I also had a disappointing experience trying to get a bra fitting in this store. The store was very quiet, hardly anyone in the changing rooms / store, but I was told I could not get a bra fitting without an appointment. Was initially ignored by staff and found the service quite rude and dismissive.

Absolute disgrace - open until 8pm but they close fitting rooms at 7pm. And it's a shop where people need to try things on for size (!) People abandoning their purchases, apparently because there's not enough staff to keep them open. Crazy business logic, no wonder M&S is going downhill.
