This company must have the reputation of any company I have purchased from. Two moths prior to Xmas I ordered Roman from the Catford store made to measure blinds for our three bedroom house. All were the same material only one had blackout blinds attached. First question can they be in by Xmas. Oh god yes was the reply . Deposit paid but no fitting date given. I was told she would be in touch within next ten minutes via text with a fitting date time. It took six calls three visits and two conversations with finals customer service to get a date. The week before they were fitted got a call to say my appointment ha d to be cancelled due to a fitter problem. They finally arrived two days prior to Xmas. Three of the blinds were not measured correctly. Rang custom service several times, was told it would be escalated to area manager to this day I have still heard nothing from him/her. My replacement blinds were to be fitted today guess what only two are available, the third is out for delivery when did I find out when I called the store to find out if my fitting was going ahead. I again rang customer service to find out once again that all they can do is send an email. This company must have the worst customer service record out there. Communication to the customer is the key to any business but this company is missing the point. I have now been told that they would escalate to the boss of the area manager. I am not holding my breath. If only I had read a review like this prior to ordering. Yours p. Morgan
