We cannot speak highly enough of our experience using Made Curtains, we contacted Annette for help with our reception room bay window. Living nearly 700 miles away on the Isle of Lewis, we were amazed with the quality of service! We have been renovating our home for nearly 3 years now and can honestly say that this is the highest standard of service and customer care that we have received.. all provided with a real personal touch.
The advice and guidance that we received was first class. Annette's exceptional attention to detail, has transformed our reception room into such a warm and welcoming space.

We had 3 rooms that Jordan helped us fit with curtains and smart electrical blinds. Jordan in particular is an extremely friendly and genuinely caring guy! He was very responsive and didn't mind us asking a million questions about the different systems. The entire team was extremely professional right from start (advising on materials and systems) and up to the end (fitting and installation guides for the electrical blinds). We definitely recommend Jordan and the entire team to anyone who is looking for excellent service and high-quality materials and fitting.

I was really pleased with jordan who came to survey our property. The ideas and advice he gave is what made us choose them.
They also had the best available samples and a very wide range to choose from.
we had our whole house done. curtains and blinds.
The curtains are absolutely gorgeous and made to the highest quality. They really do make our house feel warm and cozy.
The installation was a breeze with no problems what so ever. The technician worked efficiently and was very clean and tidy.

From our first messages with Annette, we knew we were making the right decision to work with Made Curtains for our significant project (10 full height windows in a flat we had just purchased). Her quick response not only set the (friendly) tone of all our interaction with the team but also conveyed the huge amount of experience and focus on the main parts of the project that were likely to need the most thinking through. This was a totally different level of discussion to the one we had been having with an interior designer beforehand and in our view made such a difference to the final outcome.
With Annette’s guidance, we were able to amend our designs to ensure greater blackout and less space taken up into the room from the rails (as we wanted privacy curtains as well as full blackout at each window). This was all discussed in a way that was focused on our requirements for the long term and on getting to the right outcome for us (even working with us to bring the cost down where we could).
Having paid the deposit, the great service continued as Jordan worked with us to select the precise colours and kept us updated through-out the weeks it took to make all the curtains. They were delivered and installed exactly on the dates promised (effectively and efficiently co-ordinating with our estate agent, as we were unable to be physically present in the property due to Covid19 restrictions).
We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend considering working with Annette and Jordan whatever size of project you have in mind. Their friendly and customer focused approach was a real difference maker for us in what was a sizeable project made even more complex due to the Covid19 restrictions.

I have never reviewed a pair of curtains before, but then I’ve never had such lovely curtains as the pair that ‘Made Curtains’ made for me. A beautiful, soft velvet that you just instinctively want to stroke, and the kind of rich, deep colour you want to swim in. They were expertly fitted by Patryk, and the best compliment I can pay him is that the curtains look as if they’ve always been there. He fitted a rail very discreetly beneath an existing wooden one so that it looks as if the curtains are floating rather than hanging, and he applied a silicone lubricant so they glide effortlessly. Suddenly our living room looks complete, and although it’s a freezing cold day, the curtains just seem to radiate warmth. Thank you, Annette and Jordan for making them, and Patryk for fitting them.

The Made Curtains team recently made and installed for us a Roman blind in our bedroom. Jordan managed to squeeze us in on the day we originally got in contact and provided great advice about what style and fabric would work best and had a good selection of fabrics to look through and recommendations on fabric suppliers. Not only that but Jordan gave advice on colour combinations with the colour of the walls and we ended up going for a beautiful bold pattern instead of the plain blue we had originally planned.
The service was great from start to finish (despite the challenges of Covid) and the Roman blind is absolutely stunning and beautifully made.
Highly recommended.

From the first time I have contacted Annette to have a quote until the fitting day, the whole experience was great
They are very professional, Annette helped a lot with choosing first what type of curtains I needed then with choosing the fabric and the colour and the result is perfect.
The fitting was also very smooth and professional.
I have had other curtains fitted before and I even used big department stores’ service and I was disappointed with the service and the very high prices but with Made Curtains I am honestly a very satisfied customer so I highly recommend them.

The service was excellent, Jordan came to my flat to measure, offer suggestions and go through options. We had a lovely experience from having our curtains from Made Curtains. Jordan and Annette were friendly and they were so good with their advice in the type of curtains that would suit the room. They brought the samples of the colours in different styles to show us and they didn't mind coming a few times if they had to just to make sure we were happy with the choices.
Annette was responsible for the whole project and it was a pleasure to work with her and her team. Our whole experience from start to finish was made stress free and so easy by Annette. Made Curtains is AMAZING!!! They put up blinds and curtains in my bedroom, and I’m definitely going to use them for my living room next. The service is second to none, you can tell they really know what they are doing, and care about the end results for their customers. The team at Made Curtains were great from start to finish. A truly family business and they clearly care about what they do.
We had Apex curtains made for a very large window wall, and two other sets of curtains made for us.
The team looked at the decor we had and sent swatches of material that fitted the style and colour palettes brilliantly. They then came at hours that suited us to measure and fit, even though outside the normal working day. They clearly care about what they do.
The fitting service was great, after a short delay to find a drill bit that would get through our hard tile walls, and the dressing of the curtains was excellent, leading to a ‘show home’ style finish.

Very happy with this company. From start to finish it was a joy to work with them. Came in ahead of schedule, which was much appreciated, as I had a tenant moving in. They also quoted a little lower than another company. Spent a lot of time with me via phone and email, and on site, where we looked at samples and discussed the various options in considerable detail. On the installation day, Jordan was there to oversee the installer, and to make sure that I was happy with everything, which was a really nice touch. Highly recommended.

Great experience with this company. They offered to beat any quote from John Lewis or Hillary's, and they did just that with a significant discount on the original quote. Wait time in John Lewis was 3 months, made curtains was significantly less. A little slow on delivery, but gave a discount to compensate. Very happy with the materials and the finished look at a reasonable price.

Just had my curtains and blinds fitted by Made Curtains and they look fabulous. I went with this company due to the passion for making curtains that came across from meeting Annette and her son Jordan for the first time. If you want mass market then go with Hillarys and Thomas Sanderson.
However for a quality attentive service start to finish and a great end product, I certainly recommended Made Curtain. They catered to my needs and delivered on time. Yes they aren’t the cheapest but quality does come at a price, which in this case is certainly worth it.
