We had our blinds done by Adi after I saw all the great reviews H&F had online.. Adi came round and spent a long time measuring up and going over what would work for us and what budget we had. As the other reviewers write Adi got us the best deal within our budget. He didn't try and sell us the more expensive items just to make a profit. He really does ensure he gets you the best deal for you.
After we placed our order we were told it would take 20 days for the order to come through but they came within 2 weeks and Adi and his team came and fitted them the same day. We were so happy with his service we went and got our curtain poles etc from him too. He has a vast range in his shop which we viewed before we bought. He also has a very large selection you can choose from for the made to measure and ready made curtains.
After going to 4 other curtain and blind retailers we managed to get our blinds and poles at a fraction of the price of the others. Two other retailers were actually double what we paid Adi. We would certainly recommend H&F and Adi who seems a very hard working and honest man who is enthusiastic about and loves his job. Thank you Adi!

We got the H&F Flyer and decided to give it a call to compare the price and quality to John Lewis. Adnan came out personally and did all the measurements himself. He was so amazing and genuine with us. He also didn't try to upsell us on anything. He came in with his catalogue of different options and materials. and gave us all the best recommendations to really pull the room together. Even when we thought some more expensive options would work he showed us other options that were actually better and cheaper.
Then when he came to installation it actually ended up being less time than the estimate (which was great because we had no privacy before this). And he came again and did everything himself with all his tools and everything. He went above and beyond to give us a personal touch and really worked with us to get the best value for money. Even when we found a very very slight issue he took ownership of the problem and used his experience to resolve it. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone thinking of using his service without any reservations. Truly an amazing person who we'll be using for for all our other fittings in the future.

I am extremely pleased that I chose H&F Curtains and Blinds to fit blinds in my flat. Adnan is an absolute professional and was kind and generous with his time spending two lengthy consultation sessions advising me on all my options before helping me decide on which blinds I should get. He talked be through all options from low to high in price and recommended not what's most profitable for him but what's best suited for my space and even helped me choose the colours as I am colour blind! I ended up with 4 perfect fit blinds and 4 vertical blinds and they look fantastic. They make my new flat feel like a home and I couldn't be happier both with the final product but also with the level of customer care and service that Adnan provided. Would recommend to all!

We had an amazing experience. Adnan was professional, courteous and honest. We were intially unsure how to have the blinds fitted as we have window sills that can also be used as a seating area and our windows open inwards. He was patient and adviced us with various options to give us. He did not rush us and took his time. On the day we had the blinds fitted he consulted us and ensured we were happy before procedure. Adnan is a wonderful person and very passionate about his business. We took our time to decide what we wanted for our new home and Adnan did not force us or pressure us into anything, he was patient and was happy to speak to us many times before we placed our order. Adnan gains his trust with his customers and is very confident and sure that his products are the best. Due to Covid 19 the delivery took longer than expected, this was no ones fault and Adnan’s communication with us during this time was brilliant. He kept us in the loop and assured all the time.
