Awful experience, left the car with them at 10:40 and the car still hadn't been moved an hour later. They then managed to stain my seats when I only paid for the outside to be cleaned and have scratched my wheel arch so now I have a lovely black mark on it. Waste of money and I wouldn't recommend.

Had a discount offer with a receipt from Tesco Wigston store - arrived at the car wash to be told by the boss man that my (2012) two door Mini Clubman was a MEDIUM sized car and therefore a higher price. After a bit of heated debate and pointing to the word MINI at the front we eventually agreed for the small car rate as i was about to drive off, but what a con - it seemed like a well rehearsed try-on and he mentioned like a true trader that 'he would go bust' blah blah...like it was a favour...and threw the discount code receipt in the bin? Perhaps not the best company ethics to associated with the Tesco brand? The clean was v quick and missed quite a bit inside, not an acceptable experience in a supermarket car park, will NOT be back.

£16 for a mediocre wax job. Bird poo still on the window and on my plastic near my front wipers when I got back to my car and they managed to scratch my passenger window quite badly like they washed it with a rock. They didn't clean any of windows inside. To sum up the service absolutely rubbish!!

They tried to class my 1999 Ford fiesta as a medium car, £5 for a small car and then increases in price for other sizes. Wouldn't bother going unless you have a smart car.
