I used this company to wallmount a TV and hide the wires by chasing into the wall. Initially I wasn't happy with the work done and I got in touch with DD who sent out another engineer very promptly. The second guy spent another 3 hours on the job, made sure I was satisfied with the work and addressed every problem I had.
I always think the true measure of a company is how they respond to complaints. In my case, even though I got in touch on a Saturday, my issue was escalated to management and an engineer visit booked super quick. Hugely impressed with their customer service, wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I got an email from the office to pay £105 for an incomplete service about only LNB installation that's not even working properly, no channel. I even called the customer service, promising to getting back to me soon, only to get an invoice the next day. Zero professionalism!!!

Contacted Digital Direct Aerials through there website and was easily able to arrange a visit. Installation of booster and new wiring was carried out quickly and without fuss. Wires were well hidden out of sight around skirtings / door frames, can't fault the work. Well recommended!

Really quick service. Called them about satellite dish and within an hour they had a cancellation and I had a dish fitted at a reasonable price. The fitter was really helpful and saved me from buying a freesat box that I didn't need. Thanks for your help.

Digital Direct were one of two companies who quoted for replacement of our old aerial. They were almost 50% cheaper than the other company and have completed the installation of our new aerial quickly and efficiently. It is working well. In every contact with them they have been courteous, helpful and professional. Richard could not have been more informative, patient and competent in assessing our need, explaining the reasons for his recommendation and completing a successful installation. I highly recommend this company: they put the customer first and their charges seem very reasonable

Very efficient and helpful. I needed my Sky dish moved form one side of the house to the other due to poor signal caused by growing tress behind us. The technician surveyed the job and quoted me exactly what it would cost. I agreed and he completed the job there and then. He was very helpful and explained all the options I had and offered me advise . Pricing was also very fair and reasonable. Would definitely use them for all my aerial work and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent service from these guys. Required a tv aerial for the Summer House and got in touch. Very friendly on the phone and an engineer turned up the next day and fitted the aerial at a competitive price. He cleaned up the small amount of mess and was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend these guys and would definitely use again in the future. Excellent customer service ????

Dave, the engineer, was very helpful and informative about the problems with my existing aerial . He then outlined a couple of options, one of which we chose. The price was agreed and the aerial and amplifier was installed in no time.

I found customer service very helpful on the phone and the installer that turned up the next day was very friendly and considerate. Having tv aerials installed is an expensive job whoever you go to but I found with this business I truly felt like they were doing a good professional job and giving the best advice without any rip off con.

I was looking for a replacement LNB for my Sky Q dish after my old one was accidentally knocked off. DD offered a fast service and was actually able to carry out the work the day before the original appointment, so very responsive. They said the whole dish had to be replaced because the current LNBs don't fit older dishes. The engineer was very friendly and the work was carried out well, it seemed a bit expensive but I don't feel I was ripped off. On the whole I'm happy with the service and would use them again.

David who came out to install a new rooftop aerial and Sky dish was very knowledgable about all the latest tech, clearly explained the different options, and was prepared to spend some time figuring out the best (ratther than quickest) choice for cable routing. Highly recommend this company. The whole process from booking though to service delivery was excellent. Everyone so friendly and helpful. We had an aerial which had completely broken off, only prevented from falling off by the cable. We were fortunate that an engineer was nearby, and fitted the call in later in the day. Quickly removed the ariel (even though he had to walk round an alley way and put the ladders over a wall to access the roof). They quote before they carry out the work. The price was far better than we expected.

We had an issue with our aerial on the Sunday night i phoned them Monday morning and they sorted the problem that same day within seconds of looking at the setup they knew what was wrong...they had the electronic part in the van and the job was complete in 10 minutes...I've used this company before and they were just as good that time...I can not fault this company...thank you so much!
