Happily took every single detail of booking and then informed me that they did not take pre-bookings for the next day and I would need to call back at 7am in the morning even though I explained I was running the marathon. Would not make exception .Does not deserve to be called a taxi company. Absolute joke!

possibly not really a taxi company? I've tried booking with them several times and they've always said they are fully booked - before even knowing when or where I wanted a taxi for. Weird experience, gruff receptionist, seems like a front.

I love this taxi service . Use them all the time for my airport pick-up and drop-off. As a loyal customer get myself and my friends home in super quick time. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes for a cab. Drivers really nice and take shortest journey. Not from Brighton originally and never had cab service like this before. Plus the 10% discount for my journeys . Just love them and big thanks to all the drivers and staff at office also very helpfull.

Very pleased with the services. While most of the service providers let us down, MyTaxe instantly confirmed the booking, and their driver had us collected in less than 20 minutes. Already added them in contacts and will be scheduling trips with them. Definitely recommended!

Last night my sister and her friend got robbed on their way home.
Several drivers quoted them £40 to drive them from the seafront to bear road (less than 10 minutes drive) so they decided to walk home by themselves....
fortunately residents nearby heard the attack and called the police immediately. They are in shock but unhurt and got a lift home from the police.
I just wanted to remind taxi drivers that they are essential for people’s safety. I’m not sure if there is rules when to use a fixed price or a meter, but please please please note that you as drivers have some sort of responsibility especially on weekend night shifts, rather than trying to rip of tourists.

If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely awful company. Booked a taxi for 5 people with 4 stops. Had to keep chasing for a booking confirmation email and then the link that was sent to pay the deposit didn’t work. Despite numerous calls they didn’t resend the link and every time I called they kept hanging up. On the night that the taxi was booked I called to make sure that they would be there at the end of the nights, only to be told that I had never confirmed the booking! I explained that I had called many times for them to resend the link so I could make the deposit and promised that I would pay the driver in full once he collected us. The taxi did turn up at the agreed time but then we were told that the agreed price was only for the one stop and we had to pay extra for the other three drop offs! We refused to pay the extra money as we had already agreed a price previously so the driver ended up kicking us out of the cab. Do not use this company.

This taxi company was terrible. My sister is on crutches so I rang up to get a taxi for her and the guy who answered said yes of course and asked for my postcode, I explained where I was (in town) and he immediately changed his mind to say they were fully booked, in a pretty brusque rude manner, I was halfway through asking to make sure and explain my circumstances and he rudely interrupted me saying they were fully booked (which I don't believe) and hung up on me! Additionally we had tried to pre-book a taxi with them a few days earlier and again they said yes of course, took all the details (which took 5 minutes to spell out for them) and then suddenly said we should call up on the day instead.

A shocking and disgraceful firm. They should not be allowed to trade. We booked AND PAID £160 for two journeys five weeks prior to the date, and they telephoned AT MIDNIGHT the day before the first job to say they were not going to bother. Unbelievably bad service. They didnt even bother to tell us whether they were going to bother with the second job or not ... They had to be prompted into admitting they weren’t going to do this one either!!!
Now I am trying to get my cash back!!

I called, man answered just "hello", I had to ask if this this Taxi company. I wanted a quote for a 9 mins drive (1 mile) according to Google maps. I gave him the two postcodes and he said 2-3 miles will be £23. I said Google Maps says 1 mile, he said oh 1-2 and I asked why is it so expensive, he said that's what we charge. I'll go elsewhere thanks.

I tried to book a cab in advanve twice. I told the from brighton train station and they ask for a postcode i say i will have to find out and then they say they will call me back and never do. I call again this time with a postcode. Told them one second and i will get it for them and because theyre so lazy to wait they say oh sorry we are fully booked and have no cabs available. Avoid this lazy and awful cab team. Wouldnt know what customer service meant if it slapped them in the face.

This is a good taxi service in my experience , very quick online booking , confirmation and driver allocation details I got those details with in 4 minutes for my airport journey . Drivers are sharply on time picked me up and they came earlier have been waited for me . I suggest to every one ,what a great service .

Last week i were in the trip to Brighton from heathrow airport and i got the bit confusion on taxi and booked taxi a few minutes before and waiting in airport but i got my taxi on time and i have enjoyed my trip with good driver and clean cab and he drop me safe.Thanks booking team for the best trip and quickest pick up on time.All in all a fantastic service and cheap price

Very professional service.The office is very professional and friendly.I have used them three times for rides from Brighton Marina to Heathrow airports.The drivers have always been on time and are very nice.I have no complain apart from could have accepted card payment in the cab.

Booked a taxi from Airport to Brighton, got all the details from the driver and number, but they never showed up. Called the driver and he never picked up the phone. Called the company and they hang up the phone on me. Very disappointed and will not used them again.

Absolutely rubbish. Unreliable. Had to confirm twice by phone and by email. I missed two additional follow up calls 30 mins before journey (out of reception) and because I did not reconfirm again until 10 mins after their voicemail they cancelled my journey and informed my next cab not available for an hour. Almost missed my flight!!

Disgraceful service, took advance booking and money only to cancel the job at the very last minute.... and as of now no reimbursement. They really should not be allowed to trade if this is how they operate. SHOCKING!

I needed car service in central Brighton and we came for the Birthday party of our collegue from London, and we have booked in adavance paid £95 for 4 of which was good rate compare to other .on the bday we were fiat Brighton Marina and all of the sudden heavy rain was Pouring and we wanted to go home early as it was very cold and windy so we called the office requsted the cab 1.5 an hour early and controleer was very help full and ask me to wait and check for availability and call back, with in 10 minutes he called back and allocated much very comfortable Mercedez S class for the same fare and he didnt even ask extra for car or early pick up all of us were very happy and enjoyed the ride from Brighton to London.I have already reccomended all my friends, only thing I would say about the staffs knowledge of english as bit low on that side otherwise no complain.

The phone number given on Google Map led me to a mailbox that couldn't take any more messages. I rang another number and was told there wouldn't be a driver available for another one and a half hour. I said I'd wait for that but then was told there wouldn't be any driver at all. So wasted time and phone calls.
