Amazing service from Ben this weekend! He went above and beyond to fix the communal dish on our development. Not only did he do the work on his own time, but he kept us informed of where things were and how long it would roughly take which was really helpful.

They promised a visit, but noone attended or contacted us. On the phone the constantly stated engineers off sick, lost faith in them. poor customer service!!! save your time and use someone else!!!
