I have been using this car was for around 3 years now and since it has changed workers it has completely changed. They always used to go the extra mile and I am paying £8.50 a time and they done even pre clean the car before it goes though now. Very lazy for the price. I have since gone elsewhere but my car never comes out clean anymore the detail and care has gone! Going downhill big time

Very disappointing. We didn't realise it had new personnel. He didn't power wash the car before entering the wash. After the main wash the majority of dirt hadn't been removed and the chassis was still covered in mud. Will not be returning, complete waste of money.

Car roof is all scratched after going through this car wash. My car is brand new so I'm incredibly upset with this and will be forwarding it to another party to get this resolved

Couldnt tell my car had been washed even though i opted for the second to most expensive wash. Still had cob webs on the rear and bird poo on the door. Very quick wash, wouldnt recommend and definitely wont be returning.

Ever since they got rid of the last two around 6 months ago arc has been great. The block who wears a silver wrist bracelet is friendly and really takes his time on the pre wash. 6 months ago I wouldn’t of come here because of the 2 who were previously running it. I will be back ever week solely based on the gentleman’s professional conduct.

Disappointing service today. Attendant had attitude problem.
Asked for 2.50 wash and was told brushes were not working on that service so was offered the 3.50 or 5.50 service so I paid the extra.
Brushes were all working fine whilst I was watching the cars in front go through whilst I was having him bash my car with his brush and he completely missed the front so after the wash it is still filthy.
There was no rush as I was the only car left in the que so why was he running around like he only had 30 seconds to get me through his part????
Won't be using that one again.
Much more pleasant across the road at the hand wash and a better job and the amount of cars waiting says it all.
Shame for ARC to have such poor representatives costing them business
Wonder how many people preferred the personal pleasant touch today over fleecing and attitude, what I see today the answer was loads

Terrible experience just been sat for 10mins waiting. No other cars in front of me. The attendant just carried on vacuuming another car. Car came in behind me and then drove off. Eventually I drove off. I will take my £8 elsewhere.

I had a similar experience. I was at the front of the queue but was kept waiting for ages, then was treated to the most surly welcome I have received anywhere. Prewashed the car and managed to do about half of it. Grunted instructions at me then stomped off. Windscreen covered in smeered polish that it has taken me ages to get off. Car wash so poor I had to do it again by hand when I got home and dont believe this cobblers about non-scratch because it does scrtach. I would have left but I was blocked in by a queue behind me, some of whom got so fed up of waiting they themselves left. As a car wash, this is as bad as it gets. Will not use again. I only used it this time as the hand car wash I normally use 100 yards away was extremely busy. We live and learn.

The worst experience I have had from a customer service provider. "Car too dirty for wash 2", tried to charger me double and then swore at me and my 5 year old several times before i drove off without having it washed. Phoned the police they said they will be investigating!!! Avoid

Ive been using these for over 20 years and never had a problem, until today. The operator left me sat waiting for a full (and I mean) 5 minutes before approaching me, he then barked something at me, I asked him 'why the attitude' but his English was bad so I left without going through the wash. They wont get another chance to mis-treat me!

The attendant said my car was too dirty for wash 2 and clearly wanted me to pay more money! I also had some loose change which he said he was no going to accept. I tried to reason with him but he was very rude and started asking cars behind me to back up so I could get out. After some argument he agreed to let me have wash 2. I have been going to this car wash for several years and found the previous lads who ran it (polish I think) very friendly.

Cheap car wash but the wheels never fully clean right, i also noticed a line going round my alloys when i went with my old car, but can't confirm if it was from the drive through but it wasn't there before!
