Generally do a good job at cleaning all around the car, but not always consistent, I had my car cleaned recently, and they failed to clean the door jambs which is on the list of items they do.
They have reopened after lockdown, they did a good job of cleaning the outside of the car, but again failed to clean the door jambs and yet they did on the car in front of me, so still not consistent in quality of service.

This service used to be the best around a few years back. They haven't done a very good job for the second time in a row, so will be looking somewhere else next time.
They only washed the wheels on the side that was facing me, the middle panel inside the car was not done at all, soil left on the inside of passenger's foot rest, screen not polished properly, so when the sun came up, I could see literally nothing ahead of me while driving off, never wipe down the back of the car.
Sorry, you let it down. Giving two stars as you still got something done and were nice & polite.

Car looked great on the outside but inside hadn'and t been done properly still had mud marks on the door and surroundings (4 people cleaning it not sure how it was missed). Not sure if it's normal they leave car running but never have I been somewhere where they decide to rev your car until exhaust is popping (Not even the man who moved my car! One man got out after moving car and another stuck his foot in and hit the accelerator!) while I was standing by the door watching.

It's my fave car wash, the guys are very professional. It's great that they have an indoor waiting area where one can drink coffee waiting for their car. Though they are very fast, sometimes one needs to wait as there are multiple vehicles all arriving at once.

Brilliant quality for such a low price. Came here when the Tesco car wash I normally use was closed and these guys were still open. Couldn't believe the difference in price. These guys offered the same level of service at nearly half the cost. Yeah, there's no supermarket to browse whilst I wait, but the waiting room does offer free hot drinks, so there's that at least. I reckon I'll come here next time I need my car seeing to.

Took my pickup truck for a wash today, (first wash since the on set of winter I'm sorry to say) always use Valet Zone Bramcote A52 (for car or my work horse.) Pulled in at 5.45, so not long before they close. On top of that had a large container of water based flooring glue spill in the load bed of the vehicle. Not only was I late and needing a full valet, I also had an awkward question to ask regarding the spill. The owner assessed the work involved and was kind enough to help me out. Took care of my vehicle personally and even climbed in the load bed to make sure it was perfect. These work seriously hard to make their living and the full team pitched in and really looked after me today! Top guys and went beyond expectations. Thank you.

Great car wash, never had any complaints the staff are all very friendly and leave you vehicle the cleanest I have ever had from any carwash. I have used others during travels but always feel disappointed when I compare it to the service and quality you revive from Valet Zone. Top notch work!
