Avoiding as they wanted to charge me more because my cars interior was dirty with dog hair. Isnt that the point of getting it cleaned in the first place because it's not clean.

The guys have done an ace job. But one was rather rude saying he was charging me £15 to give a good clean inside. Not coming here again. Cars had grass and mud in it before and elsewhere charged me £10. Couldn't barter the price.

Been using this car wash for a few years now, but recently had my interior scratched. The first time it was scratched on the dashboard in quite a visible area and I put it down as an accident. The second time I found 8 deep gouges inside and outside the cup holders between the seats. The paintwork is scratched around the gear lever and the heater display has a scratch running across the face. I can't imagine how the person who did this wasn't aware that they were damaging the car as the scratches are very deep. I always tipped the cleaners and the car is new and never a mess so it couldn't have been difficult to work on. I'm furious about the damage and will never use them again. I advise anyone with a car that they care about to think twice about using this car wash.
