Went in to get a quote for respraying my badly scraped rear bumper. Hakan (the owner/manager?) said before he even quotes he wanted to see if he could buff out the big scrape. Which he did. And all the other scratches and scrapes around the car.
And then touched up every nick and dent.
And then gave me a bottle of touch up-paint to take away.
Said it doesn't really need respraying now. And wouldn't take a penny for his time and effort. Amazing. Here are the before and after pics.

Requested a quote for a paint chip repair (smaller than the size of a fingernail), was advised that the entire panel would have to be replaced.
About 8 years ago I was informally quoted £6000 for a bumper repair on a car that was probably worth less than £3k.
Their service may be great (I wouldn't know), but their prices are ridiculous. Other manufacturer approved bodyshops with good reviews have quoted much cheaper prices.

Be careful, they tried to fleece me by offering MOT on a 2 yr old car. Also really bumped up my repair, although I was insured, and offered to do more work than needed.

Great garage, fantastic customer service and excellent workmanship. I brought my VW Polo in to have an anomaly fixed whereby my boot wasn't aligned to the rear bumper and their team of experts have jumped right on and fixed it in no time. I was able to enjoy a lovely coffee whilst waiting to have the repair done. We own several vehicles and deal with different dealers but this customer experience was a breath of a fresh air. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I cannot thank the staff enough for their support and work carried out on my vehicle. I had experienced alot of issues with my insurers but Exan's support meant I would not incur any charges which weren't meant for me in my circumstance. The work carried out to my vehicle was of to the highest standard and it doesn't even seem if I had an accident. Thank you to all staff members, Hakan Yavas, Chris, Maria, Martin & Kitty. Where should I start , I could not believe reading all negative feedbacks because of how good and professional this company is.People saying that Exan is expensive??? Really Vw , Audi’s are not Cheap cars ,so if you want job done properly by Audi approved garage this is the company for you and I’m most cases Inshurance will pay the bill . I had my Audi Q7 fixed last year and I’m over the moon with a service provided by Exan and help Mr Hakan .This year I had my other car Audi A3 done by Exan and massive help from Mr Hakan -many thanks .

Excellent work and outstanding customer service.
I was initially hesitant to take my car to Exan, but I did recommended by a friend and I couldn't be happier. Their work on the car was just flawless leaving it with a factory brand new finish. Spotless.
Customer service is also top of the line. Their attention and willingness to help as well as go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs is the most professional and attentive I've seen. I deal with Syed who was in touch with me all the time and made sure I was aware of the progress of the repair as well as helping me out in any way he could.
I hope I don't have to come back but if I do, it's a no brainier.

Exan are polite and professional, from start to finish I was kept informed about my car, the job completed is of factory finish not a single blemish. car collected and delivered on time. Price was great reflecting on that I would use Exan again without a doubt! Took a minor bump that I thought was a major one and I thought needed some serious work. However I popped into the shop and a very polite gentleman came to my rescue with some black masking tape and a fine supply of morale. He was able to fix my vehicle and able me to drive to work. TLDR; Exan have helped me save thousands of £ by teaching me how to get around the quirks of insurance companies. They provided me with a top quality service and customer service. Cannot recommend them enough.
What happened:
- Got into a car accident
- Called VW dealership, they recommended Exan
- Called Exan, explained what happened
- Exan told me to call the insurance and what to say
- Insurance company told me I had to use one of their listed garages (all with really bad reviews)
- Once again, Exan told me what to tell them and explained that it's my right to choose my nominated garage
- Called insurance company again, they allowed me to use Exan this time
- Exan sent estimate to insurance company
- Insurance company asked for photos to validate the estimate
- Exan told me not to send photos and that if they want to validate to send an independent assessor
- Insurance company sends independent assessor, who marks the car as a total loss (expected, as Exan has already warned me)
- Insurance company offers me a low value for the car
- Exan told me how to negotiate with them, and to ask for the Glasses Guide code they used to valuate the car
- Finally, I got the paid the correct value by the insurance company and they covered all Exan costs
If I didn't have Exan with me each step of the way, I would have gotten my car poorly fixed by a dodgy garage, or, have been paid a lot less than I did.

Exan Body Shop has not only highly professional and knowledgeable staff, but also helpful and considerate. Some other places gave me very expensive estimates for fixing my car. The management at Exan, however, gave me few options. After that within 5 min they fixed my car in a way that now I can safely drive - with no charge. I would highly recommend Exan to anyone.

After 35 years in London I today found the perfect place: Exan. Frixos looked at photographs of my car's damaged bodywork, proposed the work to be done, I drove in and all was completed with great attention to detail and such an attitude of helpfulness and trying to do the best job possible. I would highly recommend Exan to anyone in need of car body repairs. I turned up at short notice and Frixos and his team assessed the damage to my car door straight away. Not only were they able to repair some of the damage immediately, to allow me to drive the car safely, but they even did this free of charge. I then received a comprehensive quote the following day for the full work. They are a highly professional outfit and I would certainly use them again if needed.

I had a small problem with my car that I needed fixing urgently. They were extremely nice and helpful on the phone and said I could bring it in whenever convenient that day, which I did. They looked at it immediately, fixed it within 10 mins, and didn't even charge me. They also kindly put up with my two young kids causing chaos in their waiting area. I will definitely use them again.

I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to give these guys 5 stars. Why? Took my Audi in today with what seemed like bad damage to the paint on the driver side door handle. The kind gentleman managed to get it looking as good as new within 10 minutes and didn't even charge! He also offered some very useful solutions / advice on a couple of other issues I was having with the car. From now on this is the one and only car repair shop I will be using in London! You can trust them 100%.

Amazing service. Someone had knocked my bumper off. They asked me to email them a picture and then said it may be a case of just reattaching it instead of replacing it. Turned up to their garage and they attached it back and didn't even charge me. Finally a trustworthy garage which I will definitely be going back too if I need any future repairs (fingers crossed I don't) Thanks guys

Hi all, a recovery driver here. I visited this body shop today. The people there were helpful; the only issue was parking. Chances are that, if you bring there an accident damaged car on a lorry, you will have to offload in the road, and if the car doesn't drive, than they will most likely ask you to reverse up to the body shop entrance and roll it off straight inside. Hope this helps.
