She was so lovely and provided great advice on how to look after my hair. I came here to get my balayage redone as it had grown out. While applying the colour, the stylist proceeded to backcomb my hair which they never usually do, so I was suspicious. Then once the toner had been applied, the stylist tried and failed to comb out my hair, because as predicted, the backcombing had left my fine hair in horrendous knots. Due to the pain she was inflicting on my sensitive scalp, I tried combing it myself to no avail. I made the decision to let the toner set as it is and proceed to shampoo and condition my hair, which made the knots easier to comb out. For the last hour of my appointment, I had to comb and dry my hair myself because I had lost all faith in the stylist. Plus, she didn't have time to cut it because the knot scenario had taken up most of my appointment. Once it was dry I found that I had highlights reminiscent of tiger stripes. When I initially complained, the stylist said it was because we couldn't comb my hair whilst the toner was on, and it would be fine if I toned it again. I proceeded to do this only to find that it had barely changed at all, and the error was a result of how the stylist applied the colour. I called and kindly told them the issue, asking for it to be redone or to be issued a full refund. The manager refused to take liability and told the receptionist to tell me that nothing could be done. This is terrible customer service, and now I'm going to have to pay more to get my hair fixed at another salon, which angers me. Don't come here unless you want them to mess up your hair and blame it on you!

Had the most amazing experience getting my hair balayaged for the first time! I had Erie who was just so friendly and made me feel so comfortable at the salon. I wasn’t expecting my hair colour to lift so well because of how dark it was but Erie did an excellent job and I ended up with a lovely ashy brown balayage just as I wanted! :)

The cut wasn't too bad, but the experience and service wasn't great, having to wait 40 mins when you've had an appointment booked in isn't really what you want...

Went for a wash, cut and blow dry today and really happy with the results! Manika the stylist I booked with was gentle with my hair and really listened to what I wanted! She was professional, didn’t rush the appointment, Very friendly (gave me some great tips on hair care!) and last but not the least - did an amazing job with the haircut! Could not have asked for better service especially at such affordable prices - would 100% recommend!!

I have been going to Jadore for a few years now and am so happy with the results everytime! As I have quite dark hair, most hairdressers are reluctant to balayage my hair. But, the girls at Jadore seem to know what I want and I leave the salon feeling satisfied each time I go. I highly recommend Jadore, particularly if you have naturally dark hair, I won't be going anywhere else!

I have Not been able to book an appointment & have not paid any deposit yet.
I was hoping to book. But due to my phobia i left & booked another salon.
The Pet Dog on entrance was walking freely & staff refused to ensure no Dogs would be present at my booking if i made appointment. So this was not booked & i was dettered once and forever. I did not even get opportunity to note phobia reasoning, as one hoped customer service would suffice in such difficult times & example!

Love, love LOVE! I got my hair done by Manika and I cannot praise her enough, not only did she completely transform my hair but she also explained so many details from what colours would look best to how to style it and how I keep it looking fresh -my hair was long, dead and plain and she managed to transform it amazingly. I defo recommend, already booked in for my second appointment!

Honestly I didn’t know what to expect.
Eri did a fantastic job as usual :) the coolest thing about her is that she did tell me the pros and cons of cutting my hair like in the style I wanted just so that I could make an informed decision. Really appreciated this!
I’ll also note that my hair was really damaged and fragile. Eri was so gentle with my hair and gave me some tricks and tips to well-maintain it.
She was really nice and I loved the new and super bold and “take me seriously” look ????????
The hijab-friendly salon is honestly so relaxing and I love coming here. I’d definitely come again!!

So I had to come in a second time for them to fix something that wasn't blended at all. Not great situation - but its cheap for a balayage (student deal) so I didn't ask for a refund. What has really annoyed me now is that there was evidently some kind of dye on my chair and it's bleached my favourite shirt! I couldn't believe it and regretted coming in for the fix. I'd like a partial refund so I can replace my £30 shirt which is now ruined.

I went to this salon a while back and asked for a white/silvery very light hair colour...i wanted a full head bleach, and said to them to even do it multiple times if needed but i wanted a really light hair colour. They put some bleach onto it but the way they separated my hair and brushed my very very thin and broke hair up it all ended up in massive clumps and she was trying to brush it out for at least an hour..it was painful and I don’t have much hair as it is and she ripped so much of it out. After over 3 hours i ended up leaving with bright yellow hair and 65 quid less...And that’s money I don’t own and had to save up hard for...lost money, hair, time and damaged my hair for some yellow stuff on my head..never been more disappointed and upset i just went and cried afterwards.

I have been several times here for a blow dry and always found friendly staff, a cute puppy walking around and a professional advice about my hair. The last time Eri has been amazing and she did my blow dry so quickly but still really good. The prices are really compatible with everyone' 's pockets but the shop and the services are of quality and I really advice to give it a try! :)

So I came for a balayage just before lockdown (haven't had a chance to leave a review due to uni exams), I saw good reviews about this place so decided to try it out but I will never be returning again after my horrible experience.
Booked in for a balayage with Tiffany (a senior stylist) and asked for an ash blonde colour. Whilst she was bleaching my hair she kept running off every 10 mins to eat her lunch and was wearing no gloves whilst doing so which is rather unhygienic. Her big dog was casually walking around the salon for hours (I absolutely hate dogs) and sniffing through my bag and legs and no one even said anything? I was so shocked, how can people have pets casually roaming around in their salon as if they're at home.
I paid extra for a senior stylist yet I had a junior apprentice doing some parts of my hair like toning it (which is the most important part and where it messed up) whilst Tiffany was juggling between me and another client so it felt rushed. It was absolutely freezing in there and I was sat with wet hair for hours, the junior told me to just hold a hairdryer on myself to warm myself up and dry the toner in my hair (isn't that what I'm paying them for?)
At the end my hair was so yellow, had harsh unblended streaks with a line of bleach going around my head, Tiffany said she wasn't happy with it herself and told me to come the next day at 11 for another toner free of charge but it would only be free for the next day. So I went the next day but Tiffany wasn't there and the other girls didn't know I was coming and said that they're fully booked so I would have to wait to see if they could squeeze me in between clients which could take hours.
The second hairdresser couldn't speak English properly, she barely said 2 words to me throughout and said I can't get it the colour I want it unless I bleach it all over again (which isn't what I was told the day before) so I had to pick a different toner. I was sat for hours again freezing with wet hair whilst she finished with other clients and I ended up missing uni for it. The colour had barely changed and the harsh bleach lines were still there. She didn't even ask me what I think of it and I just walked out with no one acknowledging me.
Overall very unprofessional service I have never seen anything like it and will definitely not be recommending it to anyone. je deteste.

Eri was really gentle with my hair. She was nice and didn’t really try to rush anything or get the work done quickly. She was passionate about fixing my hair. I loved the new look! I’m definitely going to go back again. I’d certainly recommend this place!

Before my appointment I had a consultation with Surrane who advised me on the hair dying technique that would best achieve my desired effect and helped me pick out the colour. I had a full head of foils and a cut done by Alexandra and I couldn't be happier. Both stylists were very friendly and accommodating and for the first time I walked out from a salon 100% happy with the results.

Fantastic results have been wanting to go lighter for a while and they achieved this in the best way, Friendly staff in warm atmosphere. Tiffany was especially great and gave some great advice on how to grow my hair, Katy was also really sweet :)

Completely unacceptable. I came into the salon and a price was given to me. It was only when I returned that you upped the price because you’d clearly made a mistake - don’t blame me for your mistakes.
I unfortunately didn't have the best experience. I booked my appointment in person so they were able to see how long my hair was and I was quoted a price which I agreed to. However on the day they told me because of the length of my hair they were going to charge me more ... As I had booked the day off work and was going away the week after I had very little choice but to accept it.
Also their card machine wasn't working (which they had pre warned me about) so thankfully I only just had enough cash on me to cover the extra cost.
This extra money was intended to be a tip which obviously I couldn't give after and it was made quite obvious that I was judged for not tipping.
Around 10 minutes I was asked to moved seats to accommodate a different customer. I didn't mind but a little foresight would have been better.
I had my hair dyed red and I absolutely loved the colour however I left the salon with massive red patches of dye all over my face. I understand this can be unavoidable but I think they could have done more to get rid of this.
I loved the colour but because of what happened I definitely am not a returning customer.

I had a cut and blow dry from Alexandra the junior stylist, who has turned out to be such a good hairdresser! She listened to what I wanted, and when I showed her a picture of what haircut I wanted to have, she perfected it! I can't believe her arms didn't get tired with blow-drying my hair - she spent a good hour on it. I will definitely be recommending this salon to all my friends, as I have had such a good experience! My hair has never felt softer, and the cup of tea was such a nice touch. Well done J'adore!

Whilst cutting my hair, her communication was excellent, checking to make sure what she was cutting was the right length for me or if I wanted it shorter.She was very pleasant to talk to.
