I have been to this 5 Star Award Winning Store and this is one of my favourite Stores in the Whole of England. All of the Staff that work at this 5 Star Award Winning Store are Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning people. I would recommend everybody in the Whole World to come and Shop at this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Store.

Ordered a roller blind after delivery day came and went. Rang them on a number of occasions to be told it’s still coming. Four weeks later blind arrived it was damaged rang them again to be told just depose of lt. I would get a refund. Waste of time
will not be ordering again.

Dunelm is just one of those places that you just have to love or not be bothered at all. They have all sorts of love stuff for the home that we really want, but not neceserrily need. Well recommended.

Disappointing experience, I ordered a click and collect, on arrival I was told to wait at the front of the store, nobody asked for my order no. or name. Another guy had been waiting 10 minutes without his details being taken.
After 5 minutes I asked a member of staff as to who was getting our order he said "she's on her way" I then asked a lady in a suit assuming she may be a manager, she repeated the same line.
When I told her the man next to me had been waiting 10 minutes she replied with "we did a minute's silence" (for the DofE) so i said ok he's been here 9 minutes to which she shrugged.
This level of contempt for my inquiry and dismissal of my time being wasted was surprising.
A minute or two later 2 male underlings appeared to take our details, no idea where the lady we were initially waiting for ended up.

Great selection of household items at reasonable prices. Convenient parking. I find it easy to select the items that I like online and check if the branch has them in stock. Then simply click & collect the item purchased online.

Very busy today. Pre lockdown I suppose. Anyway I always find a visit to Dunelm inspiring where home is concerned. Nice products and lots of Christmas goodies. One of the few places for material and haberdashery.

I went to look for curtains and found the eyelet and pleated curtains were all stacked mixed up. I litrally had to look through each design to find the pleated curtains that were hidden inbetween. Sadly there was only 5 percent of them in comparison to 95 percent of the eyelet ones so one can imagine the frustration of having to look through every row of different curtains and finding maybe one or two hidden and of the wrong size. How the manager has allowed for this to happen is a joke. Either stack them side by side so customers can see the different kinds of curtains you have. May perhaps boost the sales as had i not seen one hidden amongst the rest i would not have bothered - in fairness i really needed a curtain so had to make the effort and search. Also this had not been messed up by customers, as they were actually stacked nicely but all mixed up. I gave an extra star as there were staff around. I would rather have gone to my local staples corner dunelm store.

Regarding the shop:
Great selection of wares and staff are really helpful too. Always something to buy! Love the shop.
Regarding the shoppers:
Social distancing non existent despite having the staff at the door regulating the number of shoppers in the store. As for PPE, hand sanitizer available on entry, requirement to wear mask on entry, however some people aren't maintaining these measures in store.
Queuing to pay is a disaster regarding social distancing and customers are uncaring about others in the queue by not waring masks, and standing too close (within 2 feet) of one another.

Horrible manager Jalpesh to start with .he was never customer service trained .as he doesn't care about customers , he employs people that don't care either.one of them is Suzanne.
I hope this store and these people gets what they deserve, permanent loss of job.

One of the more athletically pleasing Dunelm I have been too. However product was all over the place and pricing was incorrect. It was hard to tell what the price of items were.
I got to the till thinking an item was £25 when scanned was £70. This very disappointing and I was not going to go all the way back to pick up the less expensive item I just left it.
This also happened a pepper mill I purchased But I ended up taking it as I needed one.
This wouldn’t have occurred if things were in their correct place.
The staff seemed friendly and willing to help which is why I gave it four stars or this would have been three

Go and check it out for yourself before letting the negative reviews deter you! I stayed away from Dunelm for that reason until someone mentioned I should check it out anyway. I was pleasantly surprised & very happy I gave it a chance. They have a nice range of products, although they could do with broadening it a little more and making sure prices are on display for every item. I came away with 4 essential pieces needed to finish off my bedroom. All things I was not finding in other shops. The customer service was top notch. I visited twice in 1 day and they couldn't do enough to help you, they picked up on me needing help without even having to ask. Thank you to Junior who helped me bring the heavy boxes to and load my car. 2nd visit of the day I brought my mum & he was also very helpful and informative when we needed assistance in the rug section. I'll definitely be back

Well, Dunelm is Home for Homes. You can find everything you want there to make your house to look nicer and to fill comfortable. It has even a nice, quite and cozy caffe on the first floor.
