As many said before, no notification no nothing just start digging up the streets and block your driveway. The completed pavements look awful but I guess they don't care anyway. However, not all forget easily and this might affect future business. UPDATE: Weeks later they still use the bus stop in front of our house as their own private parking space, disgraceful this company.

Installed a telegraph pole outside my property with no prior notification. Contacted company and asked them to review the location, said they'd met the specification required for the pole's close proximity to my boundary, but then could not send me a copy of it to see for myself! Have taken matter up with local council but issue not resolved yet. Attitude and respect for local residents is non-existent.

City Fibre installed fibre in to my house the other day for my new FibreHop 1Gb connection, 3 guys turned up from Kelly Communications and were extremely polite, put the ONT (black box) under the staircase like I asked and did a very clean, tidy and professional job routing the fibre through the house. Excellent work!

Absolutely awful company. Customer service is non-existent, and how your staff member 'Dom' still has a job when he is rude, horrible, and lies at every turn is beyond me (like, this guy has a serious problem with lying to suppliers and customers to cover his own back when he messes up). This company fails to provide services, cancels engineer appointments at the drop of a hat, refuse to take responsibility for anything, and quite honestly are not worth the paper that their company name is written on.

Just gone 8pm on a Sunday night and these a-holes are still using a jack hammer and sawing concrete on a residential road where little kids are trying to sleep! I will be boycotting any provider using city fibre and will be returning recommending to all to avoid!! Completely unacceptable, this is not emergency works!!

Shocking and quite dangerous installation. Upmost disregard and disrespect to all residents, road users and indeed pedestrians. I dont care if Vodafone can download in a click of a finger (lightening speed) ha haa. Even if you halved the price of our current provider I would'nt change to you. Patience is a virtue. The provider has portrayed themselves as untrustworthy n shoddy.

The shoddiest & most unprofessional Co I have ever dealt with! They carried out some work on my road, branching onto the OpenReach fibre network. They have left a trail of destruction behind all the way along the road! Outside my house though, I have their machine’s leaking sumo & the Oil slick to contend with! Spoke to their workers, they were rude and dismissive. Finally located their contact details, the customer complaint line assured me they ‘would have to locate the subcontractors who carried out the work (I told her it was M&M of Doncaster)’, but she wouldn’t have any of it, & explained ‘once located we would have to get them to come for a site inspection to check if they’re at fault & to go from there’! Interesting that M&M of Doncaster don’t answer the number on their trucks which diverts to a standard ‘sorry too busy to answer please call later’!! Been also told by another unrelated engineer that ‘they carry out work to the amount of money they make so the less money, the worst a job they’ll do’! All I can comment on tho is that so far, they’re an unprofessional and tinpot outfit. Will update!

Got to be the most unprofessional company I seen the staff are clueless and the roads an accident waiting to happen already been one accident in my area because of them revolving a child I can unfortunately see more if they don't get professional people in to do the job probably instead of cowboys with no idea what they are doing. Would NEVER GO WITH THEM PLENTY BETTER PROVIDERS THEN THESE.

City fibre have been outside this weekend just gone laying cables. Gone out this morning to find my car spattered in cement and have had to pay to get this cleaned..... After I'd already paid for the car to be cleaned last week. Not impressed and will be taking this complaint further! Have also noticed this evening that there is a dangerous hole in the pavement outside that is not covered or barricaded off..... Just hope nobody does themselves an injury in the dark not realising the hole is there.

City Fibre installed fibre on our estate. I walk to work, and every day different footpaths were blocked off with no warning or indication of alternative routes to take. I ended up walking on the road with the cars most days as there were no other options. Then to top it all off, when they got to our house they dug through a pipe causing a blockage, making our bathroom back up whenever we try to use it. My husband has tried to contact them on numerous occasions and has not got anywhere trying to get them to sort it out. Thank goodness for Anglian Water who have been very helpful in identifying the problem and chasing things up for us to (hopefully) get it fixed. Appalling "service" from start to finish.

Turned up at 8.30am on Sunday morning, started slab cutting at 9am with extremely loud, petrol disk cutter. AT 9AM SUNDAY MORNING IN A BUILT UP RESIDENTIAL AREA. After multiple complaints they stopped. They were rude also. Disgraceful
