Morgan was lovely and super accommodating, made me feel very comfortable. The facial was great, my fiancé thought it had 'taken some years off me' ???? I have to agree though, my skin feels and looks lovely. And my pedicure was great too. I particularly loved the massages, just felt so relaxing! Would definitely come again. Thanks Morgan!

So my 1st treatment. To be entirely honest - its the best I have felt. Relaxed, comfortable, totally informed of the procedure. No cutting corners, the Soprano Ice Platinum - I hope its a god send for me. Overall a great 1st experience and im very happy to be doing a full course of 8x treatments.

The salon was super clean and the staff very professional. I felt very safe on my visit. Lucy did a great job on my pedicure and was friendly and easy to talk to. It was my first pedicure but she put me right at ease. I had even booked in for a callus peel but she advised me it was not necessary. I was very impressed as I know lots of places that would give the treatment anyway just so they could charge. I will definitely be returning -I've booked in for a facial in a couple of weeks.

Wow, where do I begin! Such a professional and friendly team. I've been to many spas and this is one of the best I've found in Essex. I had a pamper package and I truly felt like I was in a retreat.
Lucy was so professional and friendly and my skin feels like new.
Also What with the current covid situation I felt so safe and well taken care of.
Everything was very clean. I will definitely be booking again!

It was my first pregnancy massage so didn’t know what to expect. I was made to feel comfortable throughout and it was beyond expectations and have booked again. The massage room was clean and very spa like which is why I travelled so far for treatment as I like the spa feel. My therapist was very welcoming and made me comfortable.

When I moved to London, I specifically searched for a spa that uses a Soprano Ice machine—I’ve tried others and actually had one burn my skin once! Considering their prices (lower than central London) and the great service, Manor Beauty makes it worth the trip to the (almost) end of the Central Line. Everyone at Manor Beauty is really nice. I’ve been to see Katie for over 6 months now—she’s very accommodating and I’m seeing the results of my laser hair removal sessions.

I had booked a Lava shell massage. It's a very relaxing massage done with hot shells and oils. My masseuse Morgan was really good, I had a really relaxing session. The place itself is very easily accessible, by bus, central line Grange hill station or there's parking too for 2 hrs.
Also, I had booked an hour's session but was running late and had only left with 30 mins by the time I got there. Manor beauty very kindly only charged me for half hour, which is great !

I have had MANY back, neck and shoulder massages and facials over the years - but today’s appointment with Morgan topped them all! She listened exactly to my problem areas and really focused in on them, rather than just following a treatment routine, she tailored them so perfectly to my needs. She has set the bar VERY high on all future treatments!

My third visit and by far one of the best salons I’ve been to. The staff are friendly, professional & efficient.
My mum was booked for a pedicure for the first time and she isn’t easily pleased and she said Hetal did a fab job and was very attentive.
As always Lucy exceeded expectations! She knows how I like my nails to look and she did exactly that!
This salon is made up by amazing & professional staff..!
