Bought cold cups with dome lids - the lids didn't fit the cups and the slits for straw wouldn't open. Working at a busy event, I spent far too long trying to get them to work, spilling drinks and seeing cups fall apart in children's hands. It is obvious they are just not well made. Emailed the sales team and was told this was just a fault of PLA cups, and that I would find the same issue from other suppliers. Now I use Vegware PLA cups from a different supplier, and they work perfectly. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
