These guys work hard and have had a lot to deal with during covid with supplies. They state clearly their lead times so you know what to expect. Items are good quality and they allow you to buy individual amounts which is brilliant. Pricing is good. If there are any issues, they resolve quickly and I've always found them to be really good/helpful. Will continue to order here as they have exactly what I need and I trust them to resolve any problems.

Honestly one of the worst companies i have dealt with. Place an order with them nearly 3 weeks ago, no update from them. Phoned them at least 3 times after the 10 day delivery period and today i just got told the item is out of stock. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!! When i ordered they were all in stock and there was plentiful. Never again. Such a hopeless company, should have read all the reviews here before ordering

We have been purchasing items from Ampulla for a while now and due to the growing costs of delivery etc a collection was arranged. Fairly straightforward to find forward thanks to Google Maps and a pleasant drive out through the Peak District. On a arrival at Ampulla a couple of the warehouse team soon pointed me in the right direction to organise the order.

Great service, this is my fourth purchase with this company, my most recent order was partially delivered. I contacted them explaining what was missing. The reply came quickly with an apology, and that the remainder of the missing items will be sent out. Within 24hrs of receiving my message, the remainder of my order was delivered. Customer service on point. Excellent quality. Highly recommended

I ordered 22 items on the 21st of February. It took 6 and a half weeks to arrive only for 8 items not to be in there as they are out of stock (even though most of them are back in stock now) No email beforehand to let me know these weren't available either. It then took ANOTHER 7 days to refund me. I won't be ordering from these again!

I know there have been lots of bad reviews left on here but I chanced a small order of bottles at the weekend and they've arrived today (Wednesday) intact, on time and with a bunch of extra pumps (I'm guessing on the house.. thankyou?!) Packaging could have been better, the bottles were not individually wrapped to protect them from being damaged but luckily mine were all ok. Plenty of air wrap packaging, just not put to the best use. Overall great service, just need to wrap them up a bit better! Many thanks, will be back, I'm sure!

Worst experience ever,with customer service. I had send photos of broken containers, the so called customer service, said they are fit for purpose,refused refund or sending replacement.... They are an embarrassment to the idea of customer service. 1.2L containers,poor quality, they break like brittle Orders 5x 1.2L plastic thubs and 5x 2L ice-cream thubs. Delivery was fast, the 2L containers are good standard quality,exactly what you expect. The clear 1.2L ones just snaps like brittle when you attach the lid. Will not order this ones again. Basically all 5 of them went straight in the bin, as I don't want to take the risk of spillage or cutting myself. Update:asked for a refund, they said I need to send the containers back with tracked postage...what's the point? Never use again, don't recommend.

Leaving this review as IDEON and AMPULLA are the same company. I had ordered fom ideon, a month later still nothing. Contacted them and I received an email from Ampulla saying I'll be getting it early next week..... I ordered a sample to see if I could work with this company. Clearly shows I can since its been a month for 1 jar and 1 lid! Joke.

I'm giving two stars because the order arrived quickly. The rest of the customer service is awful. I ordered some jars but they arrived without lids. Apparently you have to specify if you want jars with lids. I called to order some lids separately, but was told I could only order on the website, which meant I would have to pay postage and packaging again. I wasn't offered any discount code - just told it was my fault, because I failed to chose the "with lids" option. When I asked to send the products back was told again there wouldn't be a refund because it was MY FAULT. Great customer service, loved the attitude - NOT.

I recommend this company 100% I've been using this company for years and they always deliver their quality products on time. Customer service is absolutely brilliant too, very polite and informative staff. Great job! Update November 2020 I really just want to say I appreciate all the effort that the staff have put in to getting my order shipped out. Even though it's been part-shipped the open dialogue has been fantastic. Every email has been replied to and effort has been made to seek alternative solutions. I am really happy with this company and even though there is some negative feedback here, I just want to encourage everyone to maintain a positive attitude, be polite and communicate respectfully. We are all facing this pandemic together and we could all use some respect and understanding during these difficult times. I really hope that Ampulla keeps going strong, we need to support our local businesses here in the UK.

Disappointing! I appreciate things are tough during Lockdown, but there is no excuse for bad customer service. Have been waiting for weeks for an out of stock product, once in stock again waiting for them to update their website and add the product back! Now its in stock they state 5 - 10 working days for £15 delivery! Have now ordered my stock from another company which delivers tomorrow at £7 using DPD! If you need your packaging urgently due to loss of sales then this company is not for you. Ampulla please review your delivery charges and options.

They are the worse. They made me wait for 19 days and sent me a refund email today, (without telling me anything)because the item was out of stock..... I ordered on the 1st of june and the item WAS IN STOCK that day. This is unbelievable. I had to call 10000 times to know where my order was at. PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The pandemic got them very stressed and unprofessional. I’m a business too. If I could put ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Made a purchase from this company and then when we informed them that some of the order were smashed (glass jars) we received no acknowledgement, despite this being caused by a severe lack of packaging for the item. Called to inquire about a quote for a different item and were abruptly told to go on the website, they were not interested in listening to our requirements and we have gone elsewhere and had a far superior service.

Unbelievably shabby service. I made a complaint, when we spoke on the phone. Dave Pennington the office manager disagreed with me that I found their service negligent (how can he disagree about how I feel). He denied they need better customer service training but didn't apologize until I pointed out that he hadn't. No I did not receive an automatic email and asking me the same question over and over will not change the answer. Good customer service practice says apologize and reassure BEFORE you ask me to confirm my complaint, order number, name, address and defend a worker too lazy to look up basic information. Instead of sending out the part of my order that was ready (as most companies do. They only do that if you specifically ask and you can only ask when you get the email telling you of the delay) (stingy) I was assured by Dave and his cohort Daniel (who doesn't do apologies) that my order would be sent Friday. The Wednesday following I phone, to hear it will be put in the post today!! I asked why, after I had already complained they didn't bother to email me on Friday to tell me about the delay. Do they offer a credit slip or any token of appreciation of custom and a desire to keep it (free postage, an extra bottle, a discount on the next order - all of which have been offered by other companies when a mishap occurs). No. This lot offer tardy, insincere (with a touch of bored irritation) apology and more assurances (but only verbal) that's one's custom is valued. Well show it then Their stuff may be excellent - but there are massive discrepancies in what is available on the various sites so it's not even a consistent or coherent European stock list - but with service like this I would be as quick ordering from China and better treated ordering from the States. This company have managed to mangle my determination to support British business in one interaction

I write this review to make everyone aware of the horrendous service myself and partner recieved from Ampulla Ltd. Firstly I need to make it very clear WE DID NOT RECIEVE OUR ORDER. We tried to place an order through ampulla website the web page was down and under construction. When the page became active again we proceeded with our order immediatley there was an issue and we were unable to reduce the quanty in our order. After numerous attempts we were unsucessful we spoke to David and he himself was unable to rectify the problem. This caused our first problem, after 3days of trying to fix the issue we took the initiative to sign in as a guest and place our order. We explained that we have an upcoming event and needed the order before a specific date. A week went past and I called many times to have an update, I was told yes your order is in the truck for delivery next day. The next day arrived no order. We contacted ampulla and they confirmed it was not out for delivery. The time was fast approaching for our event and we became very worried. The next day we still did not receive our order. I immediately contacted ampulla to find out what's going on. To our surprise we were told "They have lost our order and they don't know where it is". This cost us a great loss and inconvenience, how on earth do you loose an order of 250 items? We raised a complaint with David and we were told he would personally put the order out for fast tracked delivery, the order was placed again for the second time. Now, we received the order after our event date but we're happy to finally get our products. Once we opened the box it contained THE WRONG ITEMS! I was furious and could not beleive they have not only lost our first order but now we have been given a totally different item. Immediately we contacted Ampulla and no one would allow us to speak to David we were told by several members of staff that he would call us back. So now we are stuck with the wrong order and constantly being fobbed off over the telephone. Eventually we spoke to David and demanded a full refund. Not only did we have to wait, but also did not receive our refund in full it was in two payments. I need to stress that after all of this terrible experience not only are the items wrong but the lids dint even fit the wrong order they sent. I personally will NEVER order from this organisation again! Unprofessional, non sympathetic, No customer service, an out right shambles

Now charging £48.00 for delivery. Phoned customer service and got told that's what they are being charged from the courier. I ship all over the world and most of the big couriers charge £4.99 up to 10kg in the UK. Really disappointed.

I’ve been buying our bottles from the Ampulla group for 2 years, since the lockdown you cannot get any supplies from them. What’s worse is that they lie to you about what’s going on, for example their plastic bottle website has said website down due to maintenance, check back soon, same with glassbottles. I’ve been checking back every day for 3 weeks. I eventually contacted them and was told they are closing the businesses, so I ordered through ampulla and was told 10-14 working days for delivery, not helpful, because now our business has no bottles left for our drinks. Then this week after expecting delivery next week, we have been told they don’t have my bottles in stock!!! Going elsewhere now, meanwhile I’m losing out on profit because this company lied to me. Not great and to top it off their customer service sucks. Rude and unhelpful...

First of all I have to say that Ampulla have the nicest people working there! I rang up looking for a certain type of Jar and i spoke to Matthew, who was really nice and friendly, he suggested I call to the showroom so i could see for myself what was available. When I arrived the receptionist, also a really lovely lady, greeted me and as I needed more help the manager came over. The manager, Dave, was a fantastic help and found what I needed and also something that I didn't know I needed until I saw it! This took around twenty minutes and I was told to wait around the side for the warehouse staff to bring out my order which should have been around another twenty minutes. Unfortunately it took a lot longer than expected but I don't know if they had a massive amount of sorting to do or if we caught them on a bad day and I'm probably not going to let it affect my review as these things can happen. Overall it was a very good shopping experience, I got what I needed so I'm happy.

Excellent service! I placed my order, Ampulla did not have the outstanding item so they apologized and asked if I would like to receive a part-shipment. I instead asked for the outstanding item to be replaced which they did effortlessly and to my utter surprise, my much needed components arrived the very next day! Keep up the good work!

I love this company. Really lovely packaging. Available in small sizes and at a good price. There was a problem with them finding me on there system when I went to collect an order. But This was sorted out really fast. I always order and will always continue to.

I placed my order and received notification that it was on it's way but unfortunately on delivery, the Courier pointed out that the contents sounded smashed, so returned the parcel. I didn't receive any notification of the parcel being returned so after a couple of days I emailed to find out what the procedure was to re order. I received a prompt reply and the new order arrived the day after, securely packaged and all intact. I am pleased with this service as the problem was quickly resolved.

I hate leaving a bad review but really have no option :( I was contacted to advise the item I ordered was not in stock and asked if I would like a refund to which I confirmed I did. A few weeks later I followed up as still had not received the refund. No reply received and items were sent to me and signed for by my neighbour, I contacted and asked for a collection, no reply, chased again and eventually advised I would be submitting a claim through my card company. Again no reply. I am a small business and know how hard it is but really would not deal with them again
