Excellent service at this EE store. The advisors were very personable, they asked me a few questions around my telephone life style and gave me a great contract detail which I'm happy with.

Popped into our local store today and I must say we had fantastic service ???? the two gentlemen were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back when my partner is due his next upgrade....thank you.

Good customer service

Terrific service from all the staff on 3 occasions

The lady who served two people and then me did not crack a smile once. She could not have been less interested if she had tried, her badge said 'Store Manager' and if that is correct then the rest of the staff team don't stand a chance. She made no effort to resolve the problem I had with my device and was rude and disinterested. Customer service training is clearly not something she has ever dabbled in. Unfortunately I lost my temper, took my device and left because I could not stomach her attitude any more. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Every other EE store we have used in the past has been great but will never go here again.

DISGUSTINGLY RUDE STAFF. Argumentative, talk down to you. Uninterested and could not care less. Don't like to resolve the problem they have created, lie to you about prices of new contract. Extremely unprofessional and I would consider the staff in this branch 'scammers' Avoid this store whatever you do! I've already put in a formal complaint to EE headquarters.

Friendly pleasant polite very efficient service

Avoid them, go to a different EE Store if you have to. Poor customer service, inefficient staffs, does not know company policies for handling faulty items. My phone broke within 28 days of purchase, they sent me to Redhill Store for repair, Redhill Store sent me back to Dorking Store for a replacement, Dorking Store refused to provide any further service; I called 150 who said Dorking store should replace/service the phone; Redhill Store spoke to Dorking Store; finally Dorking store agreed to replace the phone and told me to come before 5:30 PM, went there at 4:30 PM and they sold their last phone 15 minutes before I arrived! How fraustrating and harrasing is that? Clearly, these people at sales were asked to prioriste on sales and not to care for providing any after sales services. The person at Dorking Store does not even know the difference between the provision of termination of contract with in the 'Cool off' period and UK Statutatory Consumer Rights. Argued pointlessly on this issue for some time and I am amazed that EE did not train up their staffs properly before deploing them to deal with the customers and pay them proper respect. Caused me stress, made me waste my whole day, caused me travelling to and fro, from store to store, financial loss (travel, parking). I am so sorry and I regret so much because I am tied with them on a contract.
