Whenever we fancy fish n chips we go straight to Hainault. Gorgeous fish, massive portions of chips and curry sauce to die for. Fast delivery always arrives HOT. The 20% discount is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Food was cold, chips where rank.
Large huss was tiny and disgusting.
Would literally rather open up a tin of my cats food and eat that than entertain putting any of there food in my mouth. Staff aggressive when try to resolve.. Looking through reviews this is clearly a issue for this business and always defensive.. Learn from the critism instead of getting aggressive and angry.

Of all the times I have gone here they have treated me well, they give huge portions for a small price which I cannot be mad about, they're super friendly and don't take too much time, the place they're in could use some redecorating but again their food is amazing.
I would give them a try either through Deliveroo or order from themselves.

Should of known better than to order at the end of the day, tasteless soggy chips been out for a while certainly not fresh, the huss came in poor greasy batter, can't fault delivery or the curry sauce. Won't order from again shame as I like to find new food outlets

Dreadful fish and chips. The fish was thinly cut, but heavily coated in batter that had not been sufficiently cooked so was still wet and floury. The chips were tasteless. We will not be getting food from them again! Remember you were warned! ????????????

The service I received from this restaurant was an absolute joke! The Manager was aggressive when I called to let him know that one of the curry sauces had exploded in the carrier bag! Four of my items didn’t even arrive but restaurant refused to deliver the 4 missing items. I got a full refund from Deliveroo but I would NEVER order from here again. Shame on you!

Food arrived early, which was probably the only good thing. Compared to my preferred chippy (which was sadly closed) medium portions are tiny, being late on a Sunday everything tasted stale, the fish especially was bland and oily.
Left a slightly more positive review on just eat only to get a bizarre reply from someone who obviously has reading comprehension issues.
Plain English then, your portions are tiny, and food low quality, go order a few examples from your rivals.

When I started ordering from this chip shop roughly a year ago the food was fantastic and at great prices, unfortunately it has gone down hill massively since then and I now refuse to order from them, the chips have gone from being perfect to being cheap, supermarket bought and completely tasteless. Their menu doesn't specify if the cod is boneless, constantly being stabbed in the roof of my mouth. Only saving grace was the delivery girl, always very polite, not intimated by the owners responses I have seen from previous reviews.

Excellent quality fish and chips. I ordered as a home delivery and arrived crispy and hot. Fish tasted fresh and juicy. Chips were well cooked and crispy. Nice tasting food, not soaked in soggy rank old oil like many other places. From pictures of shop front it does not look appealing but the food is great so do not be put off by poor presentation from outside shop window.

Possibly one of the best fish and chips I've had for years. Battar is gold and the chips are spot on crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Would recommend to all now my favourite local chip shop. Oh and the curry sauce is to die for!

Very oily battered fish, I threw away all batter to eat just the fish. The box was soaked in oil. One star is only for hash browns. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

Guys I really need to say well done! Highly highly recommend this chip shop, my no.1 chippy now, after reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to order especially for my whole family but after looking online at your menu It made no sense why people were complaining about bones? There's a 'no bone no skin' option there people... If you don't like bones just go for that... Really good food, will be seeing me again soon!

Food was inedible, chips were old watery and had a horrible texture, mushy peas were watery and sausage was griserly. Called restaurant to complain staff were so rude and abusive saying they know their foods perfection when it was not fit for consumption we are all left feeling sick and the restaurant refuse to refund or take any responsibility worst take away I've ever had!!!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!!!! food came but missing items YET AGAIN! phoned to be told was still in the car but when driver got to me was told we have given large to say sorry so clearly wasn't in the car. I told lady at the door this is getting silly as always the same and I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN and closed the door to my surprise the lady then came up to my door shouting and swearing saying stupid b***h I gave u more food what more do u want so I re opened the door stating how dare u talk to me like that in front of my kids so she jumped back in car and drove off. I was very angry so went to shop to complain and demand money back to be told NO CHANCE and have loads of threats saying u will only b happy when I have killed her (really I just wanted my money back) I showed proof I paid cash but still refused £22.40 back.

Chips stale, hard and chewy. Same for the batter. When I took a bite of the battered sausage grease poured into my mouth. The mushy peas were foamy?! And watery and tasted horrible.
