Really handy shop right in the middle of Holborn - just 5 mins from where I work. Popped in to buy a disk lock as my bike's now parked in a public bay and there was a good selection and I received really good advice and assistance. Bought and fitted straight away and it's a useful deterrent.

Josh was very informative and helped me choose the perfect tail bag for my bike. He also helped me in terms of other accessories and which ones are good.
Will definitely be coming to this store anytime I need to get something for my bike whether that be clothing or other accessories.
This store also has a huge selection of items and there is a perfect spot to park your bike while you go in for a shop

The service was very rude and uneasy, i bought an base layer trouser, and they gave me a womens one instead of mens and it had ruin my day out as i was gone in a very cold temperature i needed this product unfortunately they sold me the wrong product, the whole reason i went to this store , to believe that , i will get an expert advice but obviously it didn't happen, on top of that when i went to get a refund the guy on the till was arrogant and unhelpful telling me it was my mistake , unbelievable, furthermore he didn't want to give me a refund either he says company policy, your company policy is not superior to Uk consumer rights law, basically as a company I will never shop here again,

The staff always have such strong knowledge and give honest recommendations... I have bought, boots, trousers, a jacket, a helmet, two sets of gloves, a bag a lock and many other bits in the last 18 months. Very happy with all my gear. The staff, are the ones who make it such a nice place to go

Fabulous, friendly people know their stuff, and who really put themselves out to make sure you have the right product, the perfect fit and the best make you can afford. They’d rather not sell it to you than let you leave with something that won’t do the job. The store only sells quality products too: beware buying cheap rubbish... it won’t last and won’t save you from injury in your split second of need! So go into the store, let them pamper you with good advice and assistance and walk away happy with a product that you’ll enjoy and be proud to have bought... just like I’ve done many times!

Really helpful customer service! It turns out my head is of a shape hitherto unknown to science, but this didn't deter Selena (sp?) who patiently and knowledgeably helped me try a huge selection of helmets, with no hard-sell pressure. This will be my go-to store for bike stuff from now on.

Very good. The staff are knowledgeable for example they fitted my crash helmet using a technique only an expert would know. Friendly you don't feel out of place if you're a novice and not pushy if you know your stuff. They didn't have all my sizes but that's not unusual. A good range of suits, boots, helmets and gloves. Prices reflect the location but are still ok.

Friendly staff and nice selection of products, albeit a bit pricier than what you can find elsewhere. Two stars missing because: delivery dates we’re miscommunicated (took an extra week), no confirmation email with receipt and a helmet I ordered had a cosmetic feature that I explicitly didn’t ask for.

It's a small retail unit but well stocked. If you're looking for 1 piece racing suits you're best off going to the Clapham or Camberley branch though.
Great assistance from knowledgeable sales staff. If you make a sizable purchase there's always a possibility to haggle a further discount. Definitely get the loyalty card. Worth visiting if you're in the area.

Excellent shop, it has a range of motorcycle equipment and accessories, however its the customer service which stood out, they wet out of their way to try and find a specific item from a manufacturer for me and then even called weeks later when they came across a supplier. Brilliant!

Both Linda and the store manager (whose name I forgot to take) were very helpful in assisting me with my helmet purchase today. I was not sure which size helmet to go for in the Shoei range. Linda was patient, fun and kind in helping me with the sizing for the Shoei Air 2 and the Neo Tec 2.
Both Linda and the store manager are knowledgeable with a kind and fun sales approach. They made me feel welcomed and confident with my purchase. I'm new to the motorcycle world and they were very helpful in answering some questions I had. I was left inspired and plan to return again for their expertise on my next purchase. I ordered a pair of women's boots from the Infinity stand at the Motorcycle show at the Excel London, they were delivered in 4 days which was brilliant service but unfortunately they were too small so I phoned their main warehouse and they checked the stock in all of their shops for me because I preferred to exchange them rather than wait for another pair to be sent out. I phoned ahead to the Holborn branch and explained what I wanted to do they were extremely polite and helpful and said they would reserve the next size up for me. When I arrived the staff were again helpful and knew I was coming, I tried the next size and they fitted perfectly. The whole transaction was smooth and hassle free. I would definitely recommend them.

I went to the store on Sunday (quite a distance from where I live) with the intention of purchasing some good quality gear but unfortunately due to my small frame not a single item for my size was available. My extreme disappointment was tempered by the most helpful, eager and pleasant person named "H". Very patiently he went out of his way to let me try different clothing and searched online for other items. My message to H is well done my friend and keep up to good work.
