Great affordable day out for our young family with a 2 year old. Lots of lovely animals to pet and feed. Well worth the £3.50 each

Good place for young children to come and interact with farm animals. Very inexpensive and not too big to walk around. Of course I'd come here again. ????

Quite small farm, but my problem was some animals like rabbits and some birds are kept in very small and dark spaces. Very sad! Also during this pandemic, staff in the cafe works without any PPE.

Excellent farm with just enough animals to keep your three year old entertained for an hour or two. Only let down by poor selection of food in cafe. Needs more fresh and healthy options. Two machine instant hot chocolates £4.60 - that was without cream or marshmallows.

Very nice place for the family. I must have gone at a time when many animals weren't out, but found it to be a little underwhelming. Signage would help guide visitors to the reception, which also happens to double up as a cafe. Staff were very kind and helpful. Nice experience overall.

Not a bad little farm, shame all the birds were sick! Beware of being totally boxed in the car park!

Great for kids! There are loads of farm animals off a small trail, which is a great length for little kids to walk around; along with a playground and a lovely cafe. Would highly recommend a visit!

Good place for a family outing or picnic on a summar afternoon parking available just outside he farm as well. Not many animals though or perhaps it was too hot when we visited and they were in shades or just exhausted which is understandable. Friendly staff. Will go again.

City farm, cheap to get in, in comparison to others in the area. Access is tricky as the car park is very small and up a narrow steep driveway. Despite all that, worth a visit with little ones to see a range of animals.

The animals are so friendly here that it's great to take young children to feed them. The staff are very informative and for a minimal suggested entrance fee it's worth a visit. Great in the summer to take a picnic and watch the kids play or pop into the on site cafe

Entry with honesty donation, and suggested donation very reasonable. Friendly animals to pet and feed if you purchase food from the shop. They have special visits such as birds of prey exhibits and well worth a visit for an hour or two. Great little outdoor play area too. It's not a day out kind of place but perfect for kids to let off some steam and entertain for a while.

We took our three year old and almost 2 year old and it kept them entertained for about 20 minutes. Some great animals to see in places, but in others they were too far away to see in detail. When we arrived one of the workers stood just down from our car and smoked a cigarette with three smoke blowing in our direction. Not exactly the best way to be greeted...

I Like it.. Kids love it.. would be nice to have more information available about the animals for the kids.. like a fact board "males are called.." "females are called.." "babies are called.." sort of thing. But play area is a nice touch and is clean and well kept.

Gorse Hill cafe has changed hands and I did not feel the Sunday lunch met the same standards as the previous management. I would remove a star now. The farm is lovely for the kids and it's a shame there is not easy to park

Good for kids to see and learn about the animals. Nice grounds and well maintained. The animals are well looked after and there are audio guides everywhere. It's very small but it's expected of a city farm but it was worth visiting.
