Great venue.. ideal for it was for.. very good receptionist. Answered qry. Was allowed to see conference room prior to actual conference due to h&S concerns with staff

Awful!
They've no interest in helping, or directing you, just point you towards a pile of folders and paperwork to look through.
Then, when you do apply, no one gets back to you!

Room 1 was a brilliant space for our working meeting today. Facilities were smart, clean and reception staff were very helpful. We will be booking again for our next store managers meeting.

I attended a meeting here, the room was clean, there was plenty of tea / coffee / water, the staff / volunteers where friendly. It seemed fully wheelchair accessible.
