NEVER GIVE A DEPOSIT without seen the car and getting all the information explained and demonstrated. I gave them a £500 deposit on Saturday for a Smart Forfour without seen the car. Then I went to the place to see a similar car, but got no explanations on how to charge it... next day I discover that the Smart doesn’t charge with regular cables, meaning you can’t top up whilst on the motorway. I ask them to get the deposit back, and I get a no. Now I have to fight their decision through legal means... utterly annoying. They made me feel that it all was easy and transparent but it’s not. VERY CAREFUL. STAY AWAY. GO TO OTHER MANUFACTURERS THAT GIVE YOU A ‘GOOD WILL’ DEPOSIT THAT YOU CAN GET BACK ONCE YOU’VE TRIED THE CAR. NOT WITH MERCEDES apparently.

Oustanding service provided by Hani Jarche. We purchased the car on PCP contract in 2018. Hani been very professional, patient during the whole process ( I'm demanding person) and looked after us not only before we signed contract, but many times later when we required his help and advise. Our contract is coming to the end and we would be very happy to discuss our options, or to buy new car directly with Hani. In December of last year, I picked up my new B200 AMG Line from Brentford. I’ve now done 1200 miles approximately and it is a pleasure to drive, have just done 299 miles to Lancaster Uni and back and with the driver assistance package, didn’t feel stressed or tired after it, the car virtually drives itself and the mpg was 51.4. Absolutely love the car. Must say a big thank you to John Tranter for all the advice on the car, also for arranging a very smooth change over. Thank you Mercedes-Benz Brentford.

Great costumer service. We wanted a particular vehicle with a particular colour and on stock and they did absolutely everything it was possible to try to help us. Rana was an amazing sales representative and we really wanted to buy from this showroom but the colour we wanted was on stock only in another showroom. In any case I thought this showroom deserved a great review for the great costumer service and the great effort to explain the different vehicles in detail.

After booking an appointment for a test drive of a GLA and then waiting 30 mins, only to be fobbed off for another 20 mins with excuses of why there was no car to test drive, we went home with no viewing no test drive only 2 hours of wasted time. Poor service.

Drove 50 miles to view a car only to be told it was not on the forecourt and was offsite but was shown another car exactly the same but newer. It was ok looking at that but it wasn't the actual car I wanted to purchase so I was put off buying it. I was told I could pay £1000 deposit to hold it even though I did not physically see the vehicle, I was also told on phone a deal could be done but on the day I was told there was nothing he could do, I was very keen on buying car but after wasting my time driving there not being able to see the car I decided to leave it .I wouldn't recommend this dealership after this poor experience

My experience with the Brentford branch was extremely dreadful, frustrating and totally unpleasant. I got my car to the branch on Feb 24, 2021 for the service and MOT. I picked it up at 5.30pm. The staff whose name is Amrit Holly O'Brien ( I learned her name after my conversation with her supervisor) was utterly unfriendly and arrogant in the way she answered my questions. I asked first a question to check my care plan because my morning chat with another person from the branch led me to think that something about the plan was not right. It was like someone forcing her to help. Second, I asked about the technical report as she forgot to put it in my folder. Again, it felt like she didn't want to proceed but did it with a force. Third, I asked about my keys and service booklet and she arrogantly answered my questions. It was hard to hear what she was saying as both of us were wearing masks. I asked her to repeat. She was not happy about that and her face again looked as if she was doing a favour to me. Absolutely appalling front desk service!! While waiting for my car outside, I talked to another customer who said she was being treated the same way. Such a disgrace!! Overpriced garbage delivered by the ignorant Brentford branch. Is this what Mercedes stands for? The first thing perhaps you should do is to instill into the minds of your front-desk staff that Mercedes customer is different and that they are there thanks to Mercedes customers, us!!.

Car dealerships often get a hard time on reviews - just like to say that the service I received from MB Brentford and specifically from Khaled Rouf was excellent. I enquired into a Mercedes C Class as part of their VIP sales weekend, which was very competitively priced, I placed a deposit and the car was brought down and prepared within the week. Khaled kept me informed constantly, even advising me on traffic conditions prior to arriving at the dealership, which saved me a 20min wait! The Merc was in excellent condition, all as advertised and it hadn't yet been in for its final valet. Unfortunately due to work issues, I ended up needing a manual transmission, as my skill fade due to owning an Automatic was too evident. Khaled was very understanding and within 12hours had already begin the process to refund me my deposit, providing email confirmation. Whilst I didn't end up purchasing a car from them, I certainly would in the future and I would definitely contact Khaled again, he honoured all of his verbal commitments.

My car was scheduled for service on the 15th of December 2020, it was picked up in the morning and I was receiving update text messages throughout the day regarding my service. When the car was returned and I sat in it to drive to the shops and I could smell cigarettes and Marijuana (Weed). I thought I might be mistaken, but when my wife sat in the car she could smell it too. I was slightly annoyed as I have a 18 month old daughter and would not want her sitting in the car in that state. I text the number back that I was receiving my service updates from, to let them know, but I never heard anything back. I then received an automated text again from Mercedes but another number asking for feedback, I gave honest feedback that the service was done well, but the car smelt on its return, I never heard back again. After that message I got another message asking if I wanted to be contacted by the retailer, which I replied yes, but again never heard back. Finally I just called up Mercedes and they heard my complaint and said that currently there was no one from the services department but they would get someone to call me back. Surprise surprise, never got a call back. Pretty diabolical customer service from a brand that I thought was supposed to be an industry leader. Never getting a service done here again.

Good service but the only think I don't like that the queue really frustrating as the weather so cold and we have to stay outside and wait. One time was raining and still we have to wait outside. I know it's Corona time but they are Mercedes and should have some other way to resolve this simple issue. The queue was long because only 2 cashier service the people's.

Dark and dingy ‘showroom’. Really disappointed with this place. It’s more like a warehouse with the cars all bunched closely together and with not much of a selection at that. Poor lighting and poorly arranged vehicles. Not befitting of a premium brand. Not sure why they moved? The previous location along the A4 was far better.

Worst after sales I have ever experienced! Had to talk to three different people on customer service. Last communication was that someone will call me back from their sales team as the issue is on a brand new car delivered last week. Then noone called so I followed up and teh sales person jsut told me that his colleagues have put on the system I need to call another dealership as they are a company owned car. It seems they tell you one thing to just close the phone and then write other things in their systems. As if the guarantee is different from a dealer than mercedez owned dealership. I wish they trained them and told me from the begining what i need to do for a faulty car they should have checked at the factory.

I went to the showroom yesterday (25.10.20) and was assigned to a salesman named Alim. He not only helped me find a car above my expectations and budget, but he was extremely helpful, courteous and professional throughout. My aim was to shop around a few showrooms but I ended up purchasing there and then. Would definitely recommend.

Absolute shocking attitude from the call centre/reception staff - rude! I asked to be put through to a salesman I was dealing with a minute ago and I was told and I quote “the process is that you leave your name and they call you back”, I just couldn’t believe it - how difficult is it to work a switchboard?! She eventually put me through and I just couldn’t understand what the fuss was about! Also a £50,000.00 car was purchased by us that day!

Extremely poor service. I was there on Monday 21st September 2020 at around 16:45. With only one other customer in the show and tens of staff on site there was no one to see me for well over an hour. Give credit to a used car sales person who asked me if I needed help but when I mentioned I was after a new car he was unable to help. I got the feeling that the new car sale people did not want to sell any cars and I would have walked away from the show room and gone to Mercedes Slough if it wasn't for the young man at the front desk who kept assuring me that some one will be with me very shortly. Will not be visiting Mercedes Benz Brentford again. Am taking my business to Mercedes Slough. Would have given it no stars but the system does not allow me to, so having to give one star.

Worst customer service ever! I would avoid this branch at all costs! They ran a credit check on me before I had test driven a car or confirmed I wanted to purchase it, saying that it was the normal Mercedes procedure. I was naive because it was my first time looking to Finance a car. I believed and trusted the salesman - big mistake! When I rang the next day to confirm why the credit check was run he couldn’t give me an answer! My assumption is that he’d booked the test drive to be the following week which was the last day of the month and he wanted to lock in the sale for the end of the month by fast tracking the process. I’ve risen a customer complaint as I was also miss sold services that they had agreed on at the point of sale and now coming up to one year I’m now dealing with the 4th person/manager on this matter. I’ll be taking any future business to Mercedes Slough instead!

My heros at Mercedes Benz Brentford! I was rushing over to an very important interview adjacent Mercedes Benz Brentford not remembering to have anything to drink or eat and had already consumed several medications prescribed to me for an recent Injury. My whole body was cramping and I was in agony I pulled over at the mercedes car park and asked for some water with sugar from their reception staff namely "Khadija". Khadija sat me down gave me water with sugar and a banana and explained what I was going through and reassured me. The pain was gone within minutes and I began breathing normally again with no cramps. I cannot explain the gratitude and appreciation I have for her and her colleuegue today and I will be returning in the future either to great my heros or possibly to purchase my next vehicle being a Mercedes benz owner myself already. Four hundred and fifteen horsepower on the A45. That might seem like the power figure for a musclebound sports or performance car, but it’s actually how much grunt the Mercedes A45 AMG S packs into its sensible hatchback skin. But even more impressive than the headline power figure, or indeed its 3.9sec 0-62mph time, is how the baby AMG achieves that level of firepower. You see, there isn't a big six or eight-cylinder engine to be found under the bonnet, just a 2.0-litre four-cylinder – albeit with a turbocharger that’s bigger than your head. A less powerful non ‘S’ model is available in Europe, but apparently us Brits are too power-mad to even consider it. Like the less powerful Mercedes A35 AMG, the A45 uses an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox to feed its power to all four wheels. However, while you might assume the two cars use the same four-wheel drive system, the A45’s is far cleverer and can not only vary the power split between the front and rear wheels, but also from side to side at the rear. The aim? Well, depending on the drive mode you’ve selected, the system can either boost traction and therefore stability or, if you've decided to take your A45 onto a racetrack, can encourage it to drift sideways creating lots of smoke. Sound familiar? That’s probably because it’s similar to the system found in the recently retired Ford Focus RS. Mercedes has its sights set a little higher than to match a mere Ford, though. In fact, there’s really only one car that can even get close to the A45 AMG’s manic performance: the Audi RS3. Of course, you might also want to consider the less powerful BMW M135i if a premium badge is a must. If it isn’t, we’d certainly add a Honda Civic Type R to your list of hot hatches to try. So, is the A45 AMG any good to drive, or is it just good for bragging rights down the pub? Not sure why it is so hard to ask for friendly service from the staff in the service centre. When I dropped the car off this morning, the lady was lovely. Fast forward 3 hours and the 2 guys on reception were so unfriendly when I went to collect the car. An incredibly arrogant air. I asked a simple question about the film of rust that often appears on my 6month old a-class. It was like I had asked for gold bullion. I think I'll leave it next time.

Worst customer Service. Very rude staff. No organisation at all. 90% of the staff don’t wear masks. And aren’t behind a screen. The receptionist Katie was rude from the start. Horrible attitude. Didn’t even want to give her name when I said I was going to complain. They even refused to tell me how to make a complaint. After seeing the reviews I am see why. They are a poor example of how to do business.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE. I dropped my car on the 4th of September for some new tyres and 1 new alloy. Its the 25th of September and I still didn't receive my car back. No one answers the phone!! No one gives you a "call back". Its like your car is not with them. I always have to chase them EVERYDAY for updates and even then some days I do not get through. This branch should close or completely change personnel. Absolute joke. "The best or nothing" is more like " The worst or nothing"

The guy named Awan did not provide me the mats for my car and after asking for it he accused me of lying and it was because the car was washed as it was in the showroom and there were papers instead of mats. Disappointing and rude customer service. Will not recommend to anyone

Purchased a new Mercedes last year but did not purchase from this dealer as so many negative reviews. I did visit the showroom in Brentford and my thoughts were correct , terrible customer service having booked an appointment to view a new car purchase and then being told nobody was available to assist me. Why did they book the appointment to begin with ? Anyway vehicle has come up for 1st service and thinking of booking with this dealer in Brentford, what assurance can Mercedes give me that my experience will be a good one ? and do Mercedes customer service actually read reviews that people/customers have left ?
