If you care about your rims avoid this garage. 6 month old car needed two new tires.
They managed to scratch both rims putting new tires on and denied it even after proving him wrong... his response was it's was impossible for this to happen.... The scratches go all away around the rims matching the tool on the machine used.
Make sure your rims are clean before and get the manager to check the rims before fitting and take pictures of him looking at them....

Friendly workers & they get the job done quick. Gave 4* only because manager promised to process my refund on the same day but didn't do it and I had to ring him the next day to chase that up! He did process it then on that day itself but only after I rang up the shop?????
Come on you guys should be working more efficiently and keep to your promise!!!!!!!

Superb service, staff (Ben in particular) couldn't have been more helpful. Turned up without an appointment after a puncture, and they managed to fit me in (so close to Xmas as well), and replaced my tyre like-for-like. Extremely impressed, and grateful. Highly recommend, and will use again in the future.

Passed MOT. Very peasant staff, good surroundings.
Only "fault" is if you book online it's only 29.99. Book on phone and its £35.
No complaints but worth knowing if you are going to book .

My young student daughter, living away from home, took her Fiat 500 to ATS Nottingham for MOT in October. Car had only done 3000 miles since previous MOT and had passed with no relevant advisories. Less than 30K on the clock. Car was failed on front suspension wear (a known and expensive problem with these cars) and brakes and advisories on rust on rear springs and exhaust. Quoted £400 to repair suspension and could not give a quote on brakes until dismantled. Person I spoke to ATS Nottingham sounded very plausible and my daughter thought he was very nice.
As this was a bit unexpected and car was failed on the very things ATS replace, on my advice, she drove 100 miles home and took it to our local garage for repairs and new MOT. The mechanics said they could find nothing wrong with front suspension and passed it. They said it was like new. I also had a look under car myself and could see no rust on rear springs or exhaust.
Complained to ATS head office and heard nothing after 1 month. Phoned up and told complaint had gone to wrong department and would be redirected. Still heard nothing and phoned again. Told I would hear in one week at the latest. Heard nothing and phoned again. Told I would hear next day, definitely. Heard nothing. Yesterday I phoned the head office and was initially told they are not dealing with complaints because everyone was working from home. I asked if they had telephones and demanded to speak to someone about this and told someone would contact me. By the end of the day I had heard nothing so I emailed them and sent them a link to a damning review I had just left and said there were more to come. I got an email reply pretty quickly disputing that the made up steering failure was a scam and it was just an opinion but offering me refund for ATS MOT which doesn't begin to cover the trouble and additional costs we incurred..
Looks like ATS Nottingham are running a scam on vulnerable looking customers and head office is not only incompetent but doesn’t intend to do anything to stop them.
UPDATE Refund never arrived and my complaint to DVSA on this garage MOT standard was out-of-time as 14 day cut-off. I bet ATS knew that.

Also during this Pandemic he is giving his full effort, I went for my Car MOT and major service, I have seen him dealing customers with his smile, which you can feel even it's behind the face mask, and giving everybody's answer with politely and patiently, full team work, finished work on time. Appalling "service" if you can call it that, AC regas booked through Groupon and have been fobbed off 4 times since May. Appointments booked and confirmation received, when turn up at the garage they advise their machine is broken. Whenever I phone the place no one answers, another visit and then they advise machine was working all morning but its just broken now. Went in today and was told machine working and it will be an hour, 30mins later I get a phone call to say there is a leak and we don't repair it. Have now been advised to go back to Groupon and get a refund. If anyone has AC regas to be done stay well clear from this place. Pathetic

Not good. I changed my appointment time for an earlier one. Got to the depot and was classed as a drive in, which was wrong as l had booked the visit. I was told a few days earlier when l called to arrange the first visit they were not doing drive ins due to cv19.... Make your minds up.
I had a slow puncture which l was told could not be fixed due to the possitioning of the small hole... edge of the tyre.
I was expecting the tyre to be changed instead they repaired it. What a complete waste of my time...fuel etc when the job could have been done first visit.. Not impressed.

After suffering an unexpected vehicular emergency, on a Saturday of al days, Ben and his team performed admirably. They did not try and sell us anything over and above what was needed and the overall cost was very reasonable indeed. We were on our way back to Manchester in next to no time and had full confidence in the repairs carried out.
Although there are a few garages on this stretch of road we found ATS to be the most welcoming by far. We did call at another ‘national’ company on the same road but the response we reviewed was less than helpful.
Thanks again Ben and Co. and in the nicest way possible I hope we don’t need to come back to you!
