Over the years I have had more pets that I can count on both hands, so I've been to a lot of different vet hospitals. Center Veterinary Care impressed me SO much with how they handled my situation and my cat, George. I visited during their urgent care hours because George had a large abcsess and fever. Gail put me at ease right away and I really felt like I could trust them with his life. Dr. Brown took care of his procedure and did a beautiful job with stitches and drain, followed by patiently answering my barrage of questions post op. Their prices are very fair and I will definitely bring George back when needed for regular check ups. I appreciate this wonderful group of people immensely for saving George!

Center Vet Clinic truly does treat my pets like family. They are honest, clear in explanations, and understanding in allowing me to make the best decisions for my pets without any judgment. Love this place! I have experienced two of the three veterinarians (Dr. Bigelow and Dr. Clore). Both were kind, knowledgeable, and addressed all concerns I had. I started taking my animals here during COVID, so I could not go inside with my pets, but I really appreciated how they called me and spoke with me about the exam, their recommendations for future care, and asked me if I had any questions. The staff were also great! They gave my pups so much love and were so sweet to them throughout the appointment process. Couldn’t recommend this facility more!

Dr Clore is just wonderful! I was so worried about my cat, but she addressed each of my concerns with great care and clarity, and included me in putting together a treatment plan. I really appreciate all of the COVID precautions, and the curbside pet drop-off was convenient. I know my cat is in great hands here. She's already her happy playful self once again! Thank you so much!

Our visit was great! Dr C called me while I was waiting in the car (pandemic) and gave me her review of my dog, provided feedback on her overall condition, and made me aware of an outbreak in the county that maybe we should vaccinate against. Perfect care. Technicians I spoke to were also great. We have used Center Vet for about 3 years now and will continue.

This experience was amazing. Everyone was whom we had verbal or physical contact with (socially distanced) was extremely helpful, nice and just overall great! Honestly the only thing I'd want is to be able to go in with my pet to help calm him and make him feel safe (as well as staff) and be a part of his visit where I get to see him be examined and treated, but I understand Covid protocols prevent that. Therefore I'm so grateful for the accommodations you've all made in the midst of this pandemic and for coming out to our cars with a smile every time. No star!! At all. Seems like a scam just to make money and charge more. What ever happen to pride and dedication to their profession?? No more walk-ins? With the understanding of accidents and misshaps are life threatening and require immediate attention..these are emergencies and are treated as such. No compassion, understanding, or sensitive to the needs of the communities or their pets.

My dog was able to be seen right away. They quite a few vet techs working to help bring pets in and out, since only the pets are allowed in during the pandemic. I was kept updated often even as I anxiously waited in my car. Thank you!

Could not recommend this place enough! I am a first-time cat owner and had a very bad experience with my first vet. Dr. Clore is AMAZING and her staff (Kara specifically) is just as AMAZING. My trust in vets has been restored. From our first interaction with Kara I knew this would be a different experience from the first vet we took our cat to. Kara was so personable, caring and her passion for her job was very evident. I immediately knew I could trust her with my poor, sick cat. Dr. Clore was also very personable and knowledgable. The care here is pet/patient-centered, meaning that the well-being of your pet is their first and foremost priority. I know that sounds cliché, but it's hard to come by health care professionals (both in the human and animal realm) that practice this way. Dr. Clore clearly outlined her assessment and plan for our cat, made her recommendations and left the decision up to my partner and I. From start fo finish Kara and Dr. Clore were very empathetic and so sincere! They even followed up the following day to ensure my cat was doing better. Not only was it a pleasant experience at this clinic, but our cat was better in a matter of hours and is back to his normal self. If you want the best care for your pets look no further!

I initially was not going to publicly review this clinic, however I am still left extremely disappointed with the communication aspect of this business. I understand that a large majority of customers love this place, however I had an opposite experience. When I wanted a different plan of care from one of the veterinarian "highly recommended" plan, I felt the staff changed in the way they spoke to me. I felt very judged and rushed through the appointment. All this I was willing to look past, until one of the owners personally called me to speak about my poor experience. This was initially a good conversation, until the owner of the business suggested I was upset because I could not afford the care they offered and that they waived the fee for a full head to toe examination. The examination, based on what I was told from their staff, was waived because I adopted my pet from the humane society. I also did not choose this clinic because of the free exam, I actually was unaware about this until they brought my pet out to me and told me that information. I also felt it was HIGHLY inappropriate that a provider would make assumptions about my financial standing. Asking for price quotes, does not mean that I am broke, it means that I plan my financials responsibly! I feel badly about writing this review as I have never had an experience like this, but I am disappointed and shocked that this is the way they would treat customers.

Dr Bigelow got my dog, Gunter, seen almost immediately when he heard of the grim prognosis we were given and that we wanted a second opinion. He was very cautious to contradict the other vet until he had all tests/proof that he felt he needed to warrant the contradiction. He offered explanation and made sure I understood what he was telling me and how he knew that’s what it was.
He kept my dog that same day to run more labs, xrays, etc that required sedation and had him back to me within a few hours. Safe and a just a little groggy. So, so thankful for this vet and his staff.

Looking for a good vet that you can trust was a challenge until I came across with Center Veterinary Clinic. When I look for services, I depend mostly on reviews such as google and yelp. This place has a good reputation in terms of the reviews so I have decided to take my pup to this clinic. Let me first start on scheduling. Scheduling with the clinic was flawless. Due to covid you cannot go inside the clinic but instead it was a curbside pickup so you really dont know whats going on inside. Once they took my pup inside, the gave me a call and spoke to me and eventually the vet spoke to me Dr. Bigelow. Hes very professional and knowledgeable of the things he do. Also the prices was very affordable! Some vets they will rip you off and try to upsell you and do unnecessary things that would cost money but Dr.Bigelow was very honest and reliable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful too! I I think I found my vet! If you are like me trying to find a good professional vet dont hesitate to take your pet here!

I take my doggie June to the Center Veterinary Clinic every other month to get groomed. Shes a white Samoyed/Chow, and has tons of fur. They do a great job everytime and she looks beauuuutiful! They say when its blow drying time, it rains snow! They file her nails and shave some fur in some dirty areas. Overall great experience!

This place is great. I get greeted right when I walk in by the receptionist. I take my 2 German shepherds to board there and they always greet them by name when I drop off and are always so happy to see them. When I pick my pups up I always get a report card of how their “vacation” stay was. I always hang it on the fridge. Always smells nice and very clean. Thank you for taking great care of my pups, I appreciate it.

We felt very comfortable bringing in our 10-year-old dog chihuahua mix, Froyo. He was well taken care of, and I felt confident in the plan of care that Center Veterinary Clinic (CVC) established for him. CVC didn't pressure us into paying extra for optional services, and we were satisfied with the way they explained things to us. Dr. Bigelow is very knowledgeable, and our vet tech, Halie, was the SWEETEST! She took the time to answer all our questions about anal gland expression and even demonstrated how to do it (acted it out with her hands) haha
