Great service from start to finish. We had recently purchased a laptop online, collected at the store which was very easy, laptop had a fault so we called the helpline and greeted by Martin who was very helpful. We still continued with the fault so decided to return, again a very easy process to complete online.

They was no help at all i got a tv from PC world 18 months ago now its not working fully don't no if it is the tv or the remote they wanted more than a new tv world cost to send it away to repair it but they didn't know if it was possible to fix it i will not be going to get a new tv from them

Poor service. We always have to wait 20 or more minutes before someone comes to assist. They could arrange the products better either price wise or brand wise... TV s are arranged randomly so it becomes diffi to check on our own..

As a frequent shopper curry's never disappoints. Despite the mess we're in staff are always willing to do everything they can to ensure as smooth of an experience as possible. During the lock down they did a collection system which has been retained. TIP: When collecting your parcel ensure u bring ur email AND the last 4 numbers of ur card (the long one on the front) while staff will move mountains they can't give u the item without it as I found this weekend.

Ordered an item online and went down to pick it up. They have this new system online, that you have to complete on your phone to collect your package. Note to anyone who is collecting - you need to provide your name and different numbers of the card you paid with (like the 3rd, 5th, etc), to join the virtual 'queue'. I did arrive around 5pm or just after, but it took them ages to get my item. Even through the chap I spoke to apologised, it just seemed that it could have been easier and quicker.

Went today 14/10/2020 to inquire about a Shark vacuum cleaner and Alexa. And i would like to say Donna the customer assistant was excellent. She really helped me with the Shark vacuum, demonstrating it's performance and showing me various features on the appliance. So please send her my undivided congratulations and thanks. What an asset she is to Currys.

Required a laptop for my 11 year old son's online learning and we purchased a Chromebook through Curry's PC World online and had it delivered to the Daybrook store. Start to finish this transaction was easy and trouble free, even though the actual HP Chromebook had a fault and had to be returned for a full refund, the stores staff were helpful, polite and conducted themselves in professional manner throughout (bearing in mind this was mid lockdown) and social distancing was upheld well. We will definitely return here in the future,

GOT THERE FOR MY CLICK AND COLLECT ORDER AROUND 14.30. WAS TOLD THAT MY ORDER HAD BEEN COLLECTED BY SOMEONE AT 11.30.????. THEN THE FUN AND GAMES STARTED UNTIL THE MATTER HAD BEEN RESOLVED ABOUT AN HOUR LATER. QUITE FRANKLY I'VE GOT BETTER THINGS TO DO ON A SUNDAY DINNER TIME THAN TRYING TO SORT OUT SOMEBODY'S INCOMPETENCE BY NOT ASKING OR OVER LOOKING TO ENQUIRE FOR THE LAST 4 NUMBERS OF MY CARD EARLIER IN THE DAY WHEN SOME THIEVES GOT AWAY WITH MY ORDER. I have just left this store without buying the £250 microwave that I had intended to purchase. The female sales assistant was disinterested and frankly rude. She made me feel as if I was an inconvenience. I expressly wanted to buy the microwave from the local store to support the local economy but with service like this I am not surprised that they are suffering. I will not be returning to this store which is sad as I have made many purchases there in the past.

Ordering on line an easy process. When I came to collect the items the 'button' on the confirmation email didn't work to let the staff know I had arrived. Unable to find one of my purchases. However, both staff members I spoke to were helpful and pleasant.

Since Carphone Warehouse has merged with Currys its obvious there has been no retained staff with a decent knowledge of smart phones. I was fobbed with a junior member of staff who was, quite frankly, as useful as a chocolate teapot! I don't think I would waste my time going in again.

Very poor customer service. Went to the store to purchase a TV mounting bracket, waited to be served at the till. Eventually came to me to be served and the staff member walked off into the store. Waited and waited, eventually I walked off. How rude. A " One moment and I'll be with you ", and I would have waited. Better customer service please.

After ordering item on line there was no delivery so I traveled to the store and paid on line for a coffee maker. I asked for a bag so I could carry on shopping but the scab on the till just through it at the other guy handing me the item and said its all he had the bag was the size of a ps3 game so no help whats so ever. Very very shocking service. Last time I shop here. Why did they need my email,bankcard number,Name even though I've got receipt and I've already paid.

Staff were friendly, but only did a click and collect. You park outside in one of the designated bays, then you haft to go through a long winded process on your phone. It would be a lot quicker to just put a mask on and go into the shop, which I did the week before.

Checked stock online and it said it had stock in store to collect. Couldn't find it on the shelf so I queued to ask for it, when I asked for the Phillips hue light strip the assistant didn't have a clue what it was, so I showed them where it was in store on display. They then said they didn't have any in stock so I told them to check online and it was saying they had stock ready to collect, so they did check and sure enough there it was online saying stock in store and ready to collect, so they then decided it was locked away and they needed to get the keys to open the cupboard where they should be, so back to the counter we went and they put a call out for the keys and after numerous calls for the keys and waiting about 15 minutes for someone to bring the keys, off to the cupboard they went. after about another 5 minutes looking they then came back and said there was none in stock. I then asked why it was saying they had stock in store but the store didn't have any and the answer was they didn't know why and wasn't bothered at all that I had wasted my time going to pick it up and wasted my time in store. Anyway why I was queueing and waiting in store at least 3 people walked out after they couldn't get any help with buying things of the shop floor. What a complete waste of time this store is and I'm surprised it gets any business running a shop as bad as this. Will not be going back to this store again complete waste of my time

Got a 'power' air fryer, currys own brand. It's great. We've bought a lot over the years from here, had to return a washing machine a few years ago, but it was dealt with very smoothly and they gave me a better model as a replacement (which they fetched the old and installed the new one!!) I will definitely shop here again in the future
