Customer service was good. Baguette was okay, not sure if it was that fresh as was a little harder than what I remember

Just wanted a lucozade drink. The girl serving me was annoyed that i hadnt noticed where they are kept. After i paid for the drink she refused to give a receipt and instead ducked under counter like to indicate i shouldnt be there.
I was surprised by it all. Seened a bit immature and arrogant. I worked in similar shops beore myself and never acted like this. Not going to be coming back anytime soon.

Great for a quick bite to eat. The staff are usually friendly and the food is of a good quality. Some things like the drinks are a bit over priced but besides from that I usually enjoy going to Upper Crust.
