We had our system installed in September last year and it hasn't gone very smoothly. Lately, the hot water from Quooker stopped working and no one from the company was able to contact me with advice. I understand that things are difficult at the moment but sitting at home and not even able to help remotely is not good! Would not recommend the service aspect of this business.

We have just had a Hague Water Softener and Water Filter fitted by Friendly Water in our new house. We first had one fitted by them around 8-9 years ago at our previous house and the system worked perfectly the whole time, never needing a call out or servicing. They always sent reminders for filter cartridges and salt deliveries so we never had to think about this. Therefore we had no hesitation in asking them to do the install at our new address and once again we are delighted at the installation. As expected, the fitter was on time and kept the place clean and tidy throughout the install, we hardly new he was there. The final set up is neat and tidy (softener and 2 separate drinking water filters). We cannot imagine not having a water softener and would have no hesitation in recommending Friendly Water for the job.

Friendly Water installed our Hague Water Softener and Water Filter over three years ago and we haven't looked back since! Their service is very efficient and friendly and their product knowledge second to none. Most important of all we now have better quality water for our family. As a mother of a little boy I am reassured that I am doing the best for him by having a water softener. Well worth the investment and so pleased we chose Friendly Water as our suppliers.

They fitted our water softener and reverse osmosis filter in 2007. We were and are still impressed with both the equipment and the level of service they offer. From general maintenance to running repairs they have always gone the extra mile. Always generous with their time and knowledge they did not hesitate when we needed advice about choosing a new compatible boiler. Now we've lived with softened water, we never want to go back to normal water and when we move, we'll get Friendly Water in to fit a system in our next house.

Living in Byfleet we looked at a couple of local companies for water softeners. Friendly Water came and did a house survey, looked at the plumbing set up and boiler (combi) and walked us through options for both softeners and water filters. We settled on a Hague softener and Brita for the drinking water so they came out the following week and did a great job with the installation, softener is tucked well away in what was wasted corner cupboard space, the mains stopcock was moved to somewhere we can access without tearing out a cupboard unit and everything put together as it was at the start. The difference in the water quality is immediately noticeable, washing feels cleaner, the filtered water tastes great and since we've already replaced several pieces of plumbing damaged by the hard water really happy with everything.

I paid them in early december was scheduled for 16th which slipped to 23rd december as their driver was off sick and on 22nd Dec again got a call that driver is sick so being told 8th jan as delivery date. The worst part is being asked what i want them to do, wasted my time and instead of being courteous just telling me either get refund or take it on 8th. How rude is that, technically since they are late i bought filter jug they aren't bearing that cost as courtesy. Avoid them and no more business with you guys as i was recommended by close friend but no more
