Installation was on 29/4/2021 by Dave who did what we asked for and worked to a high standard. Jacky responded quickly to our queries and we are happy with the softener.

I'm extremely pleased with our decision to choose Waterways. Not only is the softener working very well and we're enjoying the benefits of soft water plus the longer warranty than if we were to go directly to supplier but moreover the service was brilliant.
Jacky was helpful in providing information in my initial enquiry. Dave visited us to help explain and demonstrate the benefits of the softener and the engineer, Chris, was amazing. He was considerate and clean with his work and went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered in a friendly and patient manner! Big thumbs up from a happy customer.

Professional service. They have always been helpful and met expectations. My water softener died in the middle of quarantine period and Jacky went out of her way to help us with the disconnection whilst waiting for services to resume.
