Bathstore Burton On Trent

Bought a cloakroom vanity and wc unit, ex display. Was told 3 times "EVERYTHING" was included except flexy pipes which is normal. Was phoned 2 weeks later to ask us to pick it up. Again husband asked are all the fittings etc there. They said yes! Goes to fit the unit and find no flush pipe. This is part of the unit! Phoned the store and was told sold as seen! When we stated we were told on a number of occasions that ALL the parts were with it, they showed no interest at all. Asked to put in a complaint and was given a phone number, the woman on the phone was also as much use as a chocolate fireguard! Would definitely not be buying from here again or recommending, not even to people I don't like! People skills also need to be given as part of sales/aftersales as these are most definitely missing like the parts from the bathrooms they are selling.

We had a relatively pleasant experience in-store without any issues and with delivery as well, all was good. However, I've now found that two taps I have been sold are both faulty after my plumber tried to fit them..both leak, the hot water tap quarter turns the wrong way. I have now not been able to stay at my home for two nights having had the whole bathroom removed. Bathstore's post sales, customer service, is absolutely diabolical, not interested in helping at all. No call back after over 24 hours despite 3 attempts to speak to a manager. Really, really poor service and I would never recommend Bathstore to any friends or family after this shambles.

Had a decent service in store, however upon haven't it fitted, have had no end of problems. Taps leaking/ radiators rusting/ screws missing/toilet seat rusty/grouting in shower going mouldy after less than a month. The products used nothing but cheap materials. The customer service of the installation department was horrendous, never spoke to so many incompetent individuals in all my life, we spent £30000 on a wet room and bathroom in total, and it took bathstore over a year to contact us back after we had tried to contact them on many occasions. Guy called Chris was very condesending never spoke to such an obnoxious man. Would never recommend such a shambolic company to anyone, just caused a lot of heartache and stress.
