Think Ford

From the first phone call enquiry Think Ford have delivered a great service. Our first contact was with Ben Whitburn and from the start he was pleasant and polite and showed personality. From that phone call we went to Think Ford Wokingham to view a used Ford Fiesta for my son's first car. Ben was excellent, he was never pushy and always willing to help and find out the answers to our questions if he didn't know there and then. He always made sure my son was fully engaged with the conversation. We had been to other dealerships looking for a car and always left feeling let down by their lack of service. Needless to say, we have purchased a car from Think Ford and give our thanks for a great and personal service from Ben.
