It is very hard to get hold of anyone on the phone without being on hold for over 75 minutes.
You have to wait up to 10 days to hear back on an email.
Despite going into a store to order the bed, no one in the same store can help with any issues and you have to contact Customer Services
It is quicker to get a response from anyone via Facebook. Amazing......

Because what was.said to me about the delivery ie notifications by text to inform me of AM or PM delivery time and the delivery chap ringing me when 30 minutes away all happened made it more convenient for me

We purchased a £30 pillow that was simply massive once we had it on our bed.
When we tried to return the willow after two days they refused to return it, saying for health and safety issues. We asked about Bensons return policy online and they said that the store has a 24 hour return policy, they then cancelled the live chat. Bensons return policy is basically non-existent, buy somewhere else.
