GP garden services are always reliable, well priced & professional. They have designed & planted our garden, maintained our garden, put in place our patio, fixed fencing & added drainage to our driveway. Whenever we have something outdoors that needs doing we always call them first. Jeremy & his team are first class. This year we even ordered our Christmas tree from them which was delivered free & looks beautiful. Highly recommend!

My work was to form a horseshoe bed in an existing lawn & lay stepping stones then plant up with shrubs. GP Services were punctual, friendly & provided good quality shrubs. However, my experience was spoilt by the guys unwillingness to put in the hard work to dig the beds & remove any stumps & debris which was part of the quote and flagged up etc. I ended up doing this myself.

Very disappointed with this company. They came to quote up for a job on the 10th March 2021 and over 4 weeks later, a phone call and an email and I am still waiting for my quote. Clearly they are that busy, that they don’t care for your business or not!!

Ordered and delivered Plants during lockdown as soon as it was legal!
Good value for money bright friendly driver who brought them into the back garden (via the side entrance) very reasonable price..AND they are still giving me pleasure all these months later!!
As always GP used their initiative to provide for the needs of their customers who were shielding or reluctant to go out shopping for non essential goods. However, were able to occupy themselves in the garden with brilliant pleasing lasting results. Thank you GP

GP added some concrete support posts to strengthen some existing fencing. The work was undertaken in a professional way and my fence is now strong again and ready to face the winter elements. Jeremy and team were very professional and I would recommend them for fencing projects

I was really pleased when GP started this great initiative to provide deliveries of compost and plants which started during lockdown. As a non-driver I can't get to garden centres even when they ARE open, so it was a great help. They solved a small problem with the plant selection quickly, promptly and without fuss. Friendly, reliable helpful company with reasonable pricing. I have previously had a quote for a slight garden redesign a while back which was very reasonable and I am looking forward to getting this done at some time in the future. Highly recommended company.

The company as a whole were very professional and prompt in providing a quote and completing the work to be carried out. They did a good job of digging out and retaining our plants when we moved house, and re-planting them at the new property.

Today I received a delivery of plants and compost from GP Garden Services. I made the order online a week ago and I was kept informed about the progress of the order. The quality of the plants is good and they are from local suppliers. The delivery was safe, courteous and efficient.

I recently ordered 4 pre planted pots after seeing an advertisement for them on Facebook by GP Garden Services. I was shocked by the amazing value of the pots and had to make the purchase. I’ve received the ideal service from GP Garden Services!!
I found them, contacted them, had pleasant chat and conversation, made my order, amended my order, received a phone call to clarify everything, received the invoice, paid (very easy and straightforward) and a very happy gentleman delivered it shortly ;-)) right where I wanted it.
I even thing I’ve received few more plants as I had ordered ;-)))

My neighbour's use them and they take the piss, using our private drive to access the neighbour's property. No need for this except sheer laziness and they have been told not to so they can't claim ignorance. Very rude when asked not to as well. I wouldnt use them.

GP Garden Services carried out a significant overhaul of my previously very outdated garden. From the initial consultation with Jeremy, through to the construction team led by Darren, they were simply outstanding.
Whilst the old and new elements of the garden had to be shipped through the house (mid-terrace), they did a great job of keeping the house in a good condition whilst leaving me with a fantastic new garden to play with.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

Ive been using Gp Garden Service since (2015) . Never had an issue or been treated so poorly until now.
(( Gardener had a problem with the Quote )). About a week ago Someone from GP Garden services came to check how much it would be to tidy my Garden, and i was emailed a Quote showing (Total Price £50 ) i agreed this Quote and about a week later got my Garden Tidy done.
After small Garden Tidy, Gardener Kept Arguing with the member of staff on the phone about my Quote, which was sent by email showing Total Price £50.00 . Staff member on the phone said £50 quote was correct and I should pay £50 as Quoted . Then Gardener kept asking again and again. Then, I was asked to Pay £60 instead after the Gardener kept questioning staff member on the phone.
Afew hours Later i was then sent a new Quote by Email now showing £60.00???? which was not originally what I saw in the first Quote.
The staff member said more then once to the Gardener over the phone for me to pay £50.00 .
Till this Day I am very Sickened and Disgusted at how i was treated, this had ruined my whole Day.
I have Lost ((TRUST)) in GP Garden Service as a Company, also the guy Manager is Rude and Unhelpful , needs to learn on Customer Service Skills. Customers are paying £££££ money and feedback should be Respected. NO CUSTOMERS = £0.00
I don't appreciate how I have been treated and how things have been handled by GP Garden Services, i sent an email of feedback to me and nobody has even bothered to respond back, i tried to raise my concerns with the Guy manager over the phone , but was Totally Unhelpful and Rude towards me and has no Empathy.
£10 should have not been added.
Staff member over the phone Quoted £50.00 for me to pay more then once , but seemed to have been pressured to changing price to (( £60.00 )) because Gardener wasn't happy with the Original quote I had been sent, Total Price showing - £50.00
I have copys of previous Garden Tidy quotes.
I have Never ever had a Gardener (Dispute) the amount ive been Quoted to pay.
I am Totally appalled at how ive been treated , how all of a sudden they decided to change my Quote from ( £50 To £60) and charge me an extra £10 because the Gardener wasn't happy .
And as a Result of there Actions and Lack of Empathy to me as a Loyal Customer, GP Garden Services , have Lost me as a Customer .

GP Gardens made an absolutely appalling job of my fence. The gravel boards are barely resting ON the ground (there are several inches of daylight where I can see into my neighbour’s garden), let alone in it, huge holes of concrete were dug out for the posts and not refilled, two of the boards don’t sit properly within the posts so one has had to be wedged in with scrap pieces of wood and one just hidden.
I’m appalled that someone can walk away from a job like that feeling they’ve done a good day’s work, I would feel sick doing that to someone. I definitely feel like an idiot having it done to me. I won’t say too much about the workers on this particular job; suffice to say that I just wanted them out of my house by the end. I have managed to hide some of the bodges with plant pots, etc. and will fill in the concrete holes myself. There isn’t much I can do about the wonky concrete posts now, other than add wedges of wood to the panels to keep them in place.
I contacted the office to see whether they can make any repairs, as I like to give people the opportunity to put things right.
Unfortunately I have had no reply, hence my writing this review for other people.
Before I get the standard response on here, I can tell you that I have the correct company name, and my username here isn’t the name the job was booked under.

I have used GP for years now for general garden maintenance and they have always been brilliant but I always think the sign of a good company is how they respond to complaints / issues. When a stone went through my window they could not do enough to put it right. Very impressive - enough that I'm submitting my first ever review. I’ve since used them for larger works in my front and back garden and the outcome is 100 times better than I expected. Thanks to Mark, Jeremy and the rest of the team at GP for making it such a fun experience and being so helpful throughout.

GP garden services have just carried out extensive landscaping works to our garden including fence and deck replacement, creation of a new path, lawn replacement, tree works and roof and fascia replacement to our shed. The four team members that worked with us were polite, professional, friendly and conscientious whilst at all times maintaining a high standard of workmanship. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and should we require any further works in the future we would definitely use them again. Garden looks amazing - thank you!

Still waiting for a quote for works, each time told that Jags hasn't submitted the paperwork. Called today to be told details are being passed over to Landscaping team. I ask for what if I am still waiting for a quote!!! Told that they will chase up all members to get paperwork submitted. VERY POOR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE - GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.............
