Visited the store yesterday.
The store was very quiet.
Was looking at some furniture.
The sales Assistant, He wasnt interested he just told me had in stock and delivery only.
He then got an ipad out and said the internets not working.
He wasnt interested in making a sale.
I got the feeling he wasnt bothered he wasnt helpful at all. Rubbish customer service. He told me to look on internet and do it from home. He lost a £400 sale yesterday..He also walked off and never said anything. So i left the shop.

I will never shop at Dunelms again,paid for rug, and delivery. Told I would get a call when van on its way it's now nearly 5.0pm . No sign of rug I live alone haven't left the house didn't even take my dog out in case I missed delivery. You have lost my custom.
