Large store with cafe. Like the way the floor staff have everything at hand to answer any queries and even order stock there and then, instead of walking you across the store to a till to find out. Very good system in my opinion.

Staff put themselves out to try & locate 1 cushion that would have given me 4 that I needed to go with the 3 I had in my basket. It was shown to be in stock but after search no luck. Manager took over to do it on line, success, will be delivered in 3/5 days time. Always been happy to shop there.
