Told would be ready in 40 minutes. Returned nearly an hour later to find they had only just started washing it.
No attempt of an apology or even an excuse from staff when asked why. A number of other customers complaining of the same thing, some even refusing to pay.
Then they rushed the job. Took them all of 5 minutes from start to finish to do both the inside and out.
My 10 year old son would have done a better job.
Called senior management once home and they just shrugged it of claiming thats the service you pay for.
Would give 0 stars if i could. AVOID
