AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They cleaned my car seat with a rough brush and it ruined all the material. When I told them, the bloke who ruined my seat? stunk of alcohol shrugged his shoulders.
The owner said he would not go through his insurance to have it repaired.
Similar to the gent below findings, the owner avoided me at times and got irate with my complaints although it was me who had been inconvienced.
Terrible.
He said I would have to drive to someone he knows in London and they would repair it or he would give me my money back.
Businesses like this should not be able to operate.
Awful place.
Will stick to the car wash at the North Star.

£5 for "outside only" for private hire vehicles, that's a very good price. The quality is also good. The door insides where not dried, that's the only thing.

Unbelievable! One and half year old Porche Cayenne. Left for cleaning: came back and all chrome ruined with chemicals: contacted boss: complete crook : wouldn't give name or insurance details: refused to call me back: after pestering asked me to get quote for fixing: Porsche said seen nothing like it and need to replace all chrome and roof rails. 4K worth of damage: crook owner won't return calls or emails so went through my insurance who will track him down. Good job we have pictures and independent witness.
Interesting when you investigate company on company house and see incorporation dates etc.
Trading standards informed.
Beware corporate clients!

Paid £14 for inside and out clean. They only vacuumed the inside and when I asked them to wipe down and polish the interior I got accused of making the guys do a gold service! Not impressed at all and won't be going back.
