Mobile Car Detailing London

I've got to admit, I know absolutely NOTHING about cars (my husband usually tends to all of this stuff!) but I was asked to "detail or valet" the family car since he runs the family home decor business. I found this firm topping the charts in Central London, so naturally went with them! No regrets whatsoever! The detailer did such fine work. Best of all? I never had to leave the comfort of my home! He was informative and very knowledgeable about his craft. More importantly, he explained things to me in simple terms that I understood (now I know what ceramic coating is!). I did find it ever so slightly difficult to get hold of him BUT if he services other clients like he did our car, I know he'll be utterly neck high in water soap or any of the above! It took 3 hours for a full thorough detail (husband is a perfectionist!). I must remember for the next time to leave him a voicemail - seems like his diary is absolutely full to the brim! Would absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt, return to 'detail' our cars here. Marvellous! Thank you so much! x

This company is excellent, very professional, organised & work to a high attention to detail, the product's used are not harmful for the car & they're open to showing & explaining the processes, I highly recommend this company & the pricing was very fair! Outstanding service by Mobile Car Detailing London! Asked for a same day appointment (even though it was just after New Year's Day!) and got my detailer outside my home within a couple hours. Need the car for work (key worker) and even provided a free complimentary detail in the future. Quick, easy and excellent workmanship - I can even see the reflection of my face in my bonnet now, haha!!

This review is against the superb service I had received by 'Mobile Car Detailing London' back when lockdown restrictions were relaxed. This service took place as a mobile service at my residence in West Kensington. I never take the time to review, but felt obligated to do so here as this experience was, hands down, one of the most diligent, professional and thorough details I've ever received. That's saying alot, since I've used alot of 'Instagram Stars' who are unfortunately not accommodating enough, and it appeared my being naturally inquisitive and asking questions about aspects of detailing were not well received by them - needless to say, they never received my business again. This service is top tier. The downgraded rating to 4* was because the interior scent was not applied as I wished with the scent I required. The detailing team are experienced and are more than happy to answer all my queries and concerns - Michael, Derek and Tom are a pleasure to deal with, and serviced all three of our vehicles: Range Rover SVR Carbon Edition, Black Series C63 in Solar Beam Yellow & My Wife's Bentley Bentayga with cream interior (imported vehicle). See photos attached. The director, Ali, who also personally manages the phones and bookings goes above and beyond, and leads by example. I would not deal with anyone but him. The service costed a four figure sum for all these vehicles, but I would not hesitate to use this firm again. Thank you.
