We were looking to buy a quality used car and JCB Honda were really helpful. Tim Djumaev was amazing, very knowledgeable, not only about Honda cars, but the Skoda Fabia we ended up buying too. It was at a far better price than we had seen elsewhere. They sorted out test drives and comparisons. The finance was sorted out easily and Tim made sure everything on the car was sorted out before we picked the car up. They sourced genuine Fabia mats, new tyres and it was serviced and MOTd ready for collection. Tim was honest and easy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Darryl sorted the finance papers was pleasant and efficient. Excellent service. Great team. Thank you!

I entered a clean and well-lit showroom with the Service reception facing the entrance and manned by an efficient and, as i noted while waiting, a very busy receptionist. This was my first time there and her efficiency and helpfulness, when I wanted a bottle of cold water, impressed me. An hour or so after arriving the car was ready, service book stamped and slight wear on the tyres pointed out to me. On the whole a pleasant and satisfying first visit.

This is the third Honda car that has been serviced at JCB Honda, Ashford and the servicing is excellent. Two of our Hondas we have purchased and been extremely satisfied especially with our present purchase. Courtesy, helpfulness and patience were shown without pushing us into buying. Purchased a very nice car from them however my experience was soured, hence the 1* review. I was extremely disappointed that they fraudulently advertise features that the vehicle doesn't actually have. When I contacted them after my purchase to raise issue about the misrepresentation, I was simply told. "We have a disclaimer ".
Since my review and response I received below. The response has been to stick to their disclaimer remark and I should apparently question all the features listed in case they are not present on the vehicle you purchase.
And to add insult to injury, the admin department, who I assume are the people who list features that dont actually exist on the vehicles, then want a £200 "admin" fee on top of the advertised price you think is agreed. Be warned.
Once JCB GROUP get your money, the replies to your reviews are merely fluff to make it seem they care, when clearly, even falsely advertising features that don't exist, mean nothing.

Polite enough but try getting hold of a small part when you need one - no call backs, he's out at lunch, gone home, part didn't turn up, still on order, we'll call you when it's arrived etc etc etc.
I appreciate they're not robots but it's a small part i need, it's nothing complex!

Beware on Buying from JCB Honda and their associated companies. Their warranty is worth nothing, their customer service is poor. They do not provide any assistance to their clients, very bad experience.

Dealt with Tim buying a used vehicle, in short my customer experience was outstanding. A very professional individual who clearly has a great grasp of his job.
Would return and indeed recommend JCB Honda to family and friends.
Immediately prior to going to JCB Honda went to Big Motoring World at West Malling the difference could have not been more stark. Fantastic place if you enjoy being patronised and indeed treated like a cash cow as opposed to a customer.

Despite having a test drive arranged, the Salesman, Tim, ignored us from the moment we arrived. The receptionist eventually tried to help, but Tim clearly couldn't be bothered to get off his arse to talk to us about the test he'd arranged so we walked out after 15 minutes, and they lost a sale. Easily the worst experience we've had.

Have been visiting this dealership for 8 years now and never had any real issue. Service is good. Prices are reasonable and the service manager friendly and helpful. Or jazz is 10 years old now with 30k. The service manager knows this and recommends work appropriate to the vehicle and its usage. Had one issue, as mistakes happen, which was resolved right away with a personal apology from top management.

Recently bought a used Vauxhall corsa and dealt with James, very helpfull and a quick turnaround as I couldn’t wait for them to put a new MOT on it as it only had 2 weeks left to run. Just passed without even an advisory. Car was very well presented and they even filled it with fuel. Excellent experience all round

Very personable salesman, but once agreed a price, they then sneak on another £100 to the bill as admin fee.
Didn't repair the chips in windscreen as promised prior to purchase.
This developed into a crack within a few weeks meaning replacement windscreen needed. Was given the complete runaround by these guys, for weeks, who then tried to say it wasn't covered by a warranty - only mechanical faults.
Ended up paying half the cost of a replacement screen, just to get it safe again.
Oh, and on delivering the vehicle, didn't pay the DART charge, despite saying they had. Another nasty surprise in the post.
These guys act as if they're from the 1970's, Arthur Daley style.
I expected better.

I've bought two cars from there now,and I would say they are the best dealership around. Very courteous and extremely helpful. Their aftercare and customer service are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble. If you want a Honda,go there, and even if you're not sure,still go there. Honda's are great cars and extremely reliable. Honda repairs can be a bit expensive, but everything is done properly and not skimped, unlike some tyre companies who do service and repairs,which are often questionable.

After looking around for vehicles for my daughter and not having much luck with private sellers we decided to pop in to JCB Honda and it is a good thing that we did!
As a first car for her we were looking at vehicles like the Honda Jazz, we initially went in just to have a look around however my daughter fell in love with a used red Honda Jazz and we simply couldn't say no to the fantastic price of the car and the brilliant condition of it! The car had been valeted and was mechanically sound and nearly a year later she is still driving it around without any faults! All of the staff are friendly and will willingly chat to you about any queries you may have and as a result I would recommend anybody purchasing from JCB Honda in the future.
