I’ve never had any trouble personally, I’ve had some issues with my car, it a Lovely lady called Natalie helped me and got me fitted in even though they were slightly full, She helped me immensely and I’m very thankful, The staff are friendly and welcoming, and when I was buying my car they made very thing clear on why was being done and what was going on, Also having someone who videos what they’re doing to the car helps it’s pretty cool seeing someone being professional and going around the car showing you what’s wrong with it and saying we advise it gets fixed I’ve never had that before and I think that’s fantastic as it shows the company isn’t hiding anything and they’re being very transparent with the Customer. I’d highly recommend them. Thank you.

Of all the car dealers I've visited I've never experienced such appalling customer service. I found a car I wanted and spoken to one of the team - I told him I had a 3 hour drive each way to come and look at this car and was only interested if it was in a good condition (in a nice tone than that of course). I was promised the car was in immaculate condition and was great. Well I turned up to see a car that looked like it had been cleaned with a brillo pad. Every single panel was scratched, it looked like it had been driven through bushes down each side. No one bothered to come out and see me so I left very frustrated, the salesmen then called me days later, and I told him I had seen the car and couldn't believe the damage. He then told me I must have been looking at the wrong car. I mean, there was only 1 for sale of this make and model, it's not a common car, it was on their forecourt and the number plates matched. He then proceeded to call me a liar and told me the car is in great condition. God knows what planet he was living on, but I would however recommend the Ashford Orbital if you're near by, much more pleasant people.

Dropped into Caffyns Vauxhall to try and find a little car for my niece, there were so many cars available, both new and used it was quite overwhelming until the salesman approached us. He was very nice and incredibly helpful, not pushy at all and spent an outstanding amount of time with us explaining the options available with regards to finance and other elements such as colours and much more. I can say that I have never been more impressed with any motor dealership as I was with this one. No hard sell tactics, incredibly helpful and very patient.

TOTALLY STITCHED UP!!! After talking to the salesman i decided to place an order for a used vehicle. On doing this i was asked to pay a deposit of £500 to secure it which i did (FIRST MISTAKE) As it had just been taken in as a part exchange it needed some work done, ie wheel refurbs, scratches etc. They agreed to carry out the work so i went ahead with the order. I had arranged a finance package at the dealership of 24 months. A few days later i was called by the salesman to say that it could only be done over 30 months (THIS IS AFTER WE HAD AGREED TERMS) which to this he said to me “well your payments will be cheaper”. These were NOT the terms i wanted. During the time the work was being carried out my circumstances had changed which resulted in me not requiring the vehicle. I phoned to explain my situation and was told i would not be receiving my £500 deposit back as they had a legal right to keep it (forget any moral right) Their pathetic excuse was that the car was now two weeks older and had lost value, bearing in mind when i tried to negotiate reducing the price of the car when i enquired about it in the first place, the salesman said no as “ i could sell it at this price all day long” They said they had spent money on the wheels being refurbed properly FOR ME. I would like to think that a company like this would be doing this work for any customer (MAYBE NOT) I have since seen it re advertised for the same amount as i was paying (NO MONEY LOST THERE THEN) and the advert says reserve this car for £99, WHY DID THEY TAKE £500 FROM ME. DEPOSITS ARE NOT A LEGAL REQUIREMENT SO NO NEED TO PAY THEM. If i had of paid the £99 deposit that’s all i would have lost. In a nut shell, the staff here are only good to customers when they are ripping their hard earned money from them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, and think to yourself when you are in there that they are after one thing only, AND THATS NOT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! LEGAL ROBBERY BEWARE!!!

I recently bought a new Vauxhall Corsa from Caffyns Vauxhall in Ashford, Kent, for my wife. Maisie Hawkins was the sales agent for the deal which included a part exchange. The whole process was absolutely excellent. At times, Maisie may have felt exasperated with my bargaining style but she never showed it. I ended with a great deal and precisely the car that my wife wanted - one which had not been readily available in the Caffyns UK stock but Maisie searched extensively to track one down from another source. I recommend Caffyns Ashford in general and, most especially, Maisie.

Corsa Griffin (new 2019) buying for my son. I have dealt with many Salesmen over the last 30 years but I can honestly say that both Jake and Michael at Caffyns Ashford are the most genuine and by far the best in my humble experience. I was expecting hard sell, as we got at many other dealerships in Ashford, however, what we received was understanding for a 21yr old buying his first car. My son was made to feel at ease and was never once pressured, even though I, as a dad, asked thousands of questions. I am extremely grateful for the treatment my son and I were given and I would definitely recommend dealing with Michael (Michael Watts) who was excellent. Thank you Michael and Jake.

I took out finance on a car here and the customer service was excellent. Adam Carroll dealt with me and made everything very clear and made sure I understood the agreement properly, I knew my best interest was in mind and didn’t feel like he was just pushing for my signature. I bought a Mercedes E class last year. They gave me wrong locking nut for the wheels. It’s been one year they haven’t solved the problem yet. I called numerous times and send them e-mails. They have not bothered to reply. I had a Problem with the tyre but could not change it. AA could not change it. They put my life and my family’s life in danger. Zero after sale customer service. Avoid this place. Buy from somewhere else If I could give them zero star I would Horrible customer service

I was promptly assisted to by Ray where he helped to give me some more information about the corsa and went for a test drive soon after. After that, I managed to get a good deal on a brand new corsa F which they only had one of around the back and I was able to pick it up in 4 days. We approached Caffyn’s needing a van, and were dealt with by Jake Paine who catered for our needs entirely. Being in construction he met every need we asked for and presented a price we were more than happy with. Too many mistakes from the start... and the manager has absolutely no people skills or competence to be in his position. Very unhelpful. Everything was great until I bought the car. Then it was missing features that we were told the car had but... “oops it doesn’t here’s some free overpriced rugs”... Wrong mileage on the contract... “oops can’t change that... you should have checked the details that I was responsible for”... wrong name on my car documents... “oops oh well you’ll have to sort that out yourself and pay the cost”. Never again! And won’t recommend it to anyone.
