Having spoken to four car dealers...Joe was the only one to come back to me and literally sold me a car in 24 hours. He was nothing but professional and helpful from start to finish which made me drive that little bit further out of my way to pick up the car from him down at Tunbridge Wells. Turned up and the car was ready waiting to depart after final paper work signed off. Great to see all social distancing measures implemented around the site too. Highly recommend this branch.

After several (at least 5 if not more) visits to useless Seat FG barnes in Maidstone, who just would not solve a recurring problem on our motability vehicle, i am glad i decide to give Caffyns a go. They have rectified the problem by changing the required part and not just resetting like FG Barnes. We were able to speak to advisers without lengthy waits and were kept updated. Service is 5 star. I would recommend Caffyns to everyone.

I ordered a spare wheel and brace etc yesterday afternoon (3pm ish) and I received it this morning at 8 ish via a courier. Amazing!! I ordered it by phone and within seconds an invoice was sent via email so payment took seconds and was so easy. A few minutes later I received another email saying it was packed and ready for dispatch. Fabulous service and great price too for genuine Seat parts. Recently brought a new car from Tony and I couldn't fault the service I received from him - start to finish. He listened, understood and was in no way 'pushy'. He made sure we were making the right decision and ensured I was happy with the choice I made. He discussed all the finance details in depth, came up with lots of figures so I choose the one that was right for me - he asked me my monthly budget and offered the additional bits on the side, (which I went for!). I couldn't recommend both Tony and Caffyns Seat enough!! There is plenty of customer parking, tea and coffee facilities and biscuits! Tony stayed with us past closing time and sent me videos of my car arriving :) A very happy girl :)

Impressed. Really friendly and helpful. Also a big point is that the place has car parking for customers, which is a massive plus as I've arrived and driven away from car dealerships before because they've filled their customer parking with their cars for sale. Caffyns was superb and can highly recommend.

Recently visited to explore finance options on a new car. Came away feeling disappointed. I felt pushed and was not provided with any quotes or figures although this is what I requested before I came into the branch. I felt that as I wasn't making a decision based on one test drive and an hour consultation then there wasn't much more they could do at that point. All I was told is they could meet my monthly budget and deposit. Very unhelpful. Although I enjoyed the test drive in comparison to other cars seen and driven during last week i found the seat ibiza expensive for what it is as it didn't have half of the specifications that others had. The salesman didn't even know the price of the car and made no effort to research this for me. I won't be returning nor purchasing a car from here.

Recently bought a Seat Leon through Caffyns and dealt with Richard. Fantastic sales person, no hard sell and very knowledgeable. We rang ahead to check stock and Joe assisted and rang back to say there was three cars which matches our brief. He arranged for us to see Richard who stayed with us past closing time and didn't rush us. He also arranged for the car to be delivered and then spent time showing us all the controls. 5 star service from a 5 star team, thank you Caffyns.

Had third service there in April '14. Fixed service charges? Not when they bill you. The service desk charge full rates, we got overcharged by £55. Took 2 weeks to get a cheque back, paid cash to them! Add other things onto service but don't tell you they are extra costs. Spent £8 in extra phone calls to complain to HO. Check your bills with a fine tooth comb. Query anything that's not been requested. The bills are really hard to work out. Won't use again or buy another Skoda either. Buy cheap, buy twice!

Awful service where to begin. To start with when I enquired about a new key I was quoted £150 and I asked whether this included the coding and was told yes it was all inclusive so I paid upfront. However when I went to pick up my key I was told there was going to be an additional charge of £50 for coding, after explaining the situation they rudely said that there was nothing they could do. I said to go ahead and I would pay the extra. I was already not happy and when my car was returned it had a dent in the door which was not recored on the vehicle damage before hand. They however tried to tell me that there was no way that they had caused this damage and that there was nothing they could do and it wasn't their problem. After returning to the store they tried to say the car was dirty and had a lot of vehicle damage which is completely false as I had just cleaned the car before taking it to them and the only damage previous to taking it to them was a few small stone chips which were marked on the paperwork and I agreed to. The customer service is awful none of the employees know what they are doing and they have to go find somebody else to answer even the most simple question. I am furious at the situation I would recommend to stay away and take note and pictures of your car before you let them anywhere near it

Just unbelievable rudeness - salesman sat behind his screen at his desk when we all entered the showroom to view the cars; it was only after we were leaving the lot at the font did he make an appearance - albeit when I had to summon him over. I was totally appalled by his behaviour - we left, not to return.

Brought a car from here a month ago really nice car but as I was driving home the fuel gauge kept going up and down a little bit so booked it in with them they looked at it waited around 15 mins they said they found a fault wiped it off if it does it again bring it back went back and they was trying to say they never found fault so I left with them for a whole week to get it sorted as was on holiday rang them when back see if any update on car said he will ring me back in 5 minutes and this happened about 10 times them kept saying they will ring me back and not once did they ring me back and then they told me they haven't even looked at the car the service department are terrible don't even know what they are doing DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CAUSE IF IT BREAKS IT WILL NEVER GET REPAIRED AND ALL YOU GET IS LIE AFTER LIE
