Brilliant company to work with. Helped with an unusual request for a film shoot and I had impeccable service from start to finish.
It was also really interesting to visit the site and find out more about what they do. Seems like a good company with good people that take waste management and recycling seriously, as we all should. You will be in safe hands.

Extremely poor customer service!
Called 7 times on different occasions to speak to the manager who deals with my account. Each time they have promised he will call back. It's been 3 weeks now and still no call back from anyone.. getting tired of calling them now. All this is because I simply don't want to renew with them and end the contract. But I guess they have a different method of holding on to customers...
