Good parking, well presented displays in zones. Lovely shop. The plants have some unusual varieties, which make it a delight, especially for keen gardeners. The cafe opens on 17th May, and is roomy, with children's play area situated just outside patio doors. There are some interesting garden offices, chalets, sheds etc. Big selection of pots, and garden statues, stones, bark, compost etc. In the shop a good display of water features. Helpful staff.

Lovely place very nice & helpful staff. Lots more things than just plants. Clothes,candles, summer houses ????️ books ???? etc. I'm going to go again another day to have a real good look around when I have more time ☺ My only niggle was there wasn't enough signage to show you the way out.

Entrance is now narrow and took ages to get in. Very disappointed with the plants there. Most were under watered and withered. But there were some lovely ideas for presents inside.

Nice place, lots of choice, not the cheapest, running low on pots, restaurant currently closed due to current restrictions, now with a barbers, clothing, fire pits etc. Loyalty card no longer includes restaurant offers. Even better now a macs over the road.

Many staff making frantic efforts to get the Christmas decorations unpacked and displayed. There must have been thousands of boxes of all shapes and sizes, all marked "Made in China"! Toilets very clean and appeared to regularly checked, closed, cleaned and opened. Well done.

Totally bad experience. Was 10mins over parking and no signs visible by myself or family.
Manager was totally unsympathetic with my health issues and reason for visit. Be careful or better still visit another garden centre.

It's a great garden centre, Christmas is amazing. Can be expensive with some things though. Been going here years, only negative is delivery service it's diabolical, stuff gets dumped on end of you're drive in pouring down rain and they watch you struggle yourself trying to get stuff to you're front door, come on guys customer service is still important, just spent £650 on stuff with you, show a bit of willing.

First time visiting this garden centre. First impressions good until power cut occurred within 5 mins. Appreciate not fault of staff however their attitude to us left a very sour note. They demanded we put our goods down and immediately leave. Understandable this was for H&S reasons but the tone in the way it was delivered was unacceptable. When we got lost finding the exit we were accused of not following their instructions. We left disappointed at poor staffing attitude which was really unnecessary

Nice place some things are slightly experience but plenty of choice. A few more bargains some times will be good. Eg plants and pots. Although when i went they had a nice pot selection at value prices. Clean and enjoyable atmosphere.

Felt as though I got ripped off today. Had privelige card and went to till to buy regatta jacket. Card had expired. Renewed card at till. But assistant did not use my card to give me 10% off my purchase. So walked out paying full price for jacket and the £12.00 For the privelige card , with no privilege!!

Not good. I arrived on my first ever visit, weekday 10.30am and store was disrupted and difficult to manoeuvre or enjoy due to what looked like Xmas decs being prepared. An assistant said it would take two weeks.

Even taking into consideration the current restrictions this was not a pleasant experience and I cannot see the "high street" recovering. The majority of staff tried to make it as pleasant as possible but it is difficult for them. Then, of course, there is always the self proclaimed autocrat who is growing in stature with every direction which needs enforcing. Great shame.

I went with a friend on Tuesday morning 13/10/20 we went early to avoid crowds because of Covid,
the garden centre has a fantastic range of items and alcohol gel and wipes in various areas around the centre. My fear and worry hence the two stars was that at the cafe the staff were very lax in ensuring forms for track and trace were completed .No one ensured that we had completed 2 forms and it was left on trust to do so.
Both of us have experience of working in ITU and Infection Control and still people are not taking this seriously. Covid rates are increasing that includes Nottingham. This disease is real and deadly !

I've paid for a privilege card here for many years but it ran out a few months ago. I paid for a new privilege card when we went a few days ago but didnt realise until I got home it is only a 10% off card now! No 2 for 1 meals and monthly coffees. To be honest my main reason to have the card was for the restaurants perks. Extremly disappointed as you have to spend over £120 to cover the card cost. Not worth having anymore.

Pretty middle of the road. No 2 for 1 on Priority Club now makes it expensive. Without 10 % off a lot of stuff (Burns dog food for eg) is more expensive than other local suppliers. Priority Club is not worth it without the 2 for 1.

went here for the first time last year brought 8 butterfly bushes 3 different colours 11pounds 50 each now theve grown there all the same colour and wild looking not like the misleading photos on the tags been ripped of wont go again
