Large garden centre which covers most items including your daily shopping needs ( no fresh items). Prices are more reasonable than most garden centres. In current COVID lockdown it's a nice place to visit just to escape for a few hours. Obviously for essential needs!

Great place, friendly helpful staff, reasonable prices. A real plus is they seem to all love dogs and they're allowed inside and out. The only negative is that theres no inside cafe for the dogs, unlike the other nearby centre Moores, at Stanton. Apart from that I'd give it a 5!

Sells a variety of things. Not just the usual gardening stuff. There are toys books tools knitting wool and food. There is also a cafe. The prices on some things are a little expensive, but that is normal for most garden centers.

Lots of parking spaces firstly, always a must and nice, easy place to find all you will ever need, including normal shopping and a restaurant which, is always busy. Prices in store and restaurant reasonable, staff helpful and outdoor plants, well kept and most ranges of plants catered for. A pleasant experience all round. Enjoy.

Much improved over the years we have been coming here. Layout of through traffic of people makes it feel quite safe in these covid times.
Range of stock and keen pricing is good. There's even a good household goods section.

Plants / pet product/ garden accessories / great cafe / household goods /+food,toiletries etc . All NOT over priced like some places . Plus small children's indoor play area that's free! Ideal for tots

This place is a little tucked away gem! There can't be anywhere with a better range of cleaning products, but it's also fabulous for gifts and of course fresh, healthy plants. It's my first port of call if it's someone's birthday, or if I want to treat the grandchildren when they're staying with me.

I attempted to buy a bottle of squash today and have previously been a regular customer at Cherry Lane.
As I approached the tills to pay, I was spoken to in a very aggressive manner by a middle aged woman wearing glasses.
She asked me ‘where was my mask’?.
I responded that I was excempt. She then demanded that I show proof of my exception. I told her that I don’t have to prove my excemption under law and she then told me that I wasn’t welcome to shop at Cherry Lane.
I left my purchase and walked out feeling anxious and upset.
I was disgusted with the way I was treated and if I was the manager, i’d take a serious look at the way my staff behave towards their customers.
I hope that you take this complaint seriously because it won’t look good for you’re business to be seen as discriminating against disabilities.
If I get treated this way on my next visit to your store, i’ll take legal advise.

It is very homely and friendly. Under normal circumstances it has an excellent cafeteria with freshly cooked food but at the moment is not open. It has a big range of goods apart from gardening etc. including a large section of home goods with some ranges of food. All in all a comprehensive place to visit.
