At lunchtimes and dinner, it is always crowded and expect to stand in a long queue. However I can't fault them because afterall it's MacDonalds. Apart from that it is a good experience.

East ham Mcdonald can be good but it is not not safe from evning. It has issue of baggers coming to and bothering smokers right near the entrance, off putting for other customers.

Small 2 floor restaurant that provides the food that you want. Staff are friendly, food is nice however I personally don't enjoy it as much due to do small atmosphere and because the waiting time takes too long. I much rather prefer the one in forest gate

Very bad experience, don't go with a female partner and kids. Filled with future(school kids) gangsters, using a straw to spit tiny paper ball at customers(us), and will act as if they don't know anything. Enter only if you are starving. Not a place for family dining.

I've been here twice; however, I travel past it often and it is busy. The ordering area is quite small, meaning the line ends up almost outside the shop. They only have 1/2 tills open. The service is quite slow. I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't mind the wait

Takes longer now than it used to before it was converted into a 2 till only service to encourage pay by card! One girl looks more suicidal than me in there. I can see theft being a serious problem here. Watch your pockets and bags & credit cards.

My local mcdonalds always busy which means its always fresh, are equipt with disabled toilets aswell as auto doors, have upstairs for more seating but i think they close upstairs by 8pm, have touch screen tablets on some tables which helps keep the kids occupied, all in all a very good mcds in my opinion
