The food is fine, but the staff have no customer service skills what so ever. For a fast food environment the waiting time is unacceptable. The cleanliness is an absolute disgrace, the toilets have such a strong urine smell and are filthy.

The staff here is rude and i was have a £10 Scotland bill and they didnt accepted, the toilet was broken 2-3mounts ago and the water was foling from the roof to the tabel where they serve the customers. Don't recommend

I didn't like being there. Everywhere around the MacDonald were standing groups of young people shouting at each other so loudly. Inside it was not so clean and had sort of bad odours. Often so much overcrowded. The atmosphere was not pleasant at all. Music was so loud and just rubbish. The staff was ok.
